Superb accommodation. Beautifully decorated. We spent 6 nights and enjoyed every minute. We had 2 large bedrooms with king size extremely comfortable beds. We did not cook during our stay but all appliances we could see were top quality. The attention to detail in this property is excellent. We highly recommend a stay here as its the perfect location. Very quiet building - eventhough it’s city centre location the sound insulation is very good. We can highly recommend this property and will be staying here on our next trip.

The only issue we had with this property is the number of stairs you have to climb to the apartment- made even more difficult with large suitcases so this place is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Beautiful rooms, very nicely furnitured. Hight rooms and well kept place. Nice area, close by bus stop. Well equiped with all that is needed for a few days or longer.

There are supposed to be beds for 5, one of which is the living room sofa. It is actually a seperat bed, which is ok. However the main room (kitchen, living room) has no 'black-out' curtains. It stays light all night. Same goes for the downstaires rooms, there is a lot of light getting in from the street. Also the AC cannot be adjusted individually and is super loud and blows heavily in the whole appartement. For the light in the downstaires rooms a solution was found with the onsite team for the second night.

The location in the Rittenhouse Square area was excellent. There were several small restaurants—Italian, Mediterranean, Chinese, Thai—and a bagelry, a bakery and a small food and wine store on the street. The apartment is new, clean, large and well appointed. There's a full kitchen with all the appliances and a good coffee maker.

The TV is in the living room, so you can't watch TV in bed. Also the TV is mostly designed to be used as a streaming device—you have to sign in to your streaming services instead of having channels available, such as HBO. We were sent information on the day of our arrival saying we could park in front of the church while unloading our luggage. We expected the church to be across from the hotel, but it was actually a block and a half away (we found it the day after we checked in).

The 2-bedroom apartment at Stay Rafa was beautiful, very spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed. I couldn't have asked for a better location. Perfect for a short or longer stay. Host communication was excellent. They checked in numerous times to ensure things were going well. I have zero complaints and really could not have asked for better accommodations.

I literally have no complaints about this unit. Anything I could say to complain would be unfair and nitpicky. It really is that great.

It was very clean and comfortable. Keyless entry. Good bed. Lots of places to eat in the neighborhood and small groceries are nearby.

The apartment was on the second floor, and the stair rail was low in spots for one of us with limited mobility. The tub could use a mat to be less slippery and a grab bar. The kitchen/ living room could use a small table & 2 chairs. (The picture seems to show one that isn’t there. )

large, clean, cute modern furnishings with high ceilings, large windows. comfy beds and relatively quiet inside for the city. very comfortable stay. valet and self parking (fee) were located a block or two down the street. great value for group stay. thank you!

little bit picky things only…. internet wasn’t actually secure (no password was actually needed). wished for a microwave.

This property was beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. Loved our stay there.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was pretty much perfect. The only very minor recommendations would be for an extra mirror in at least one of the bedrooms, as traveling with teen girls almost necessitates it. Also maybe just wall plug ins or other deodorizer for a fresher smell

Loved the location and the availability of parking options. Lots of great restaurants and room was stocked with more than I expected.

No staff on site but I understand it's an apartment complex. Everyone was extremely helpful and all questions were answered quickly. Will definitely book again.

Fantastic property! Location is great with everything within walking distance. The flat was in pristine condition very comfortable to work from home - great internet- and also fabulous to explore the city

The appartment worked very well and if very stylishly decorated in mid-century modern style. The location is ideal in a quiet neighborhood but within reach of the entire city. We walked to most places. Highly recommendable
