The location of hotel is wonderful and feels like a very safe area. Which was a concern of mine since I was leaving my car there to attend concert. Easy checkin. Very clean! My first indication of how clean was when we stepped into elevator. Cleanest, best smelling elevator I've ever been on! Beds were soooo comfy and bedding was sweet! Towels looked new ❤ No stains. My son had the breakfast twice! He loved it. I slept in. Room was very quiet even being on freeway and near DFW! We will be back

Staff wasn’t super friendly Didn’t like that they copied out drivers license and left it on the back counter When we checked out the clerk wasn’t very friendly … said thank you and that was it

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. What else can you ask for.

The place is a bit run down, but that didn't impact my stay.

I liked the breakfast and the nice and cool rooms the water pressure in the shower was right on top notch!!

Everything was great except when I check my account and it said I was charged way more than the app said that it would be!!! It was supposed to be 107.89 but it’s 185.65 not cool at all

I loved the shuttle to the airport service they had! It was very helpful and convenient. The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly enough.

I do think the property was very dated for the price we paid, but other than that any issues I had were quickly resolved!

the rooms where very clean and comforable, also very quite got a very good night sleep, the staff were very friendly and helpful

when i booked my room thur the internet i payed 127.63 for the room, then when i got to the hotel i was charged again 77.63 i was told it was because i had to leave a deposited and it would be retured to me it i left the room in good standareds in which i did, the deposited was returned but the 127.63 that i was charged the first time is still been proccessed thur my bank, i well still stay there in the further but get a roon in person and early so i wont get charged double again.

Very helpful personnel. Clean environment and rooms. Shuttle possibility. Very good place near the airport and lots of places to eat. Possible pay with cash or card and also gives a receipt.

Breakfast was great my kids and I enjoyed it.staff was very helpful and friendly the place was great very clean inside and out. Water was extra hot 😁 all in all great place to stay when we come to Irving.
