La Quinta by Wyndham Dallas Grand Prairie North

The whole experience was great. Everything was nice & clean, we felt safe, the hot tub at the pool was clean and nice to relax in at the end of the day. Also, the staff were all friendly kind and very helpful especially (I believe her name was Bernice)...she was the front desk person when we checked in ... she was very very helpful.

I was a bit surprised when I had to give $100 room deposit when we checked in; that wasn't mentioned on the website but understandable...and I did get it back after the room was checked out by staff upon checking out; but I wondered...what if I didn't have $100. also, the gate to the pool wouldn't read our pass cards, so when kept having to get staff to card us in...

I liked that it was just off of the interstate so easy access to everything.

I didn’t like the beds. at all. i seriously contemplated spending way to much money just to get a comfortable sleep. that being said. my daughter who sleeps on memory foam (temperpedic) type of mattress was happy as can be. to my son and I who like a more plush soft type of mattress it was almost unbearable. there is no middle ground. the breakfast was nice. waffles eggs sausage biscuits. bacon, turkey bacon. and other things. everything was great. 10/10. just for me the beds were miserable.

The lady who works at night (African/American) She needs some costumer service classes. Me, As a Mexican and Poor English speaker. I felt like she was making fun of me. When I asked her for anything. Really bad attitude. Even when my daughter asked her for a toilet paper. She got mad. I don’t understand why. Hopefully she doesn’t get fired. She just need to be led the right way. Other than that. The rest of te team were so polite. Really nice crew. Front desk and housekeeping. MY FAMILY LOVED “LA QUINTA” Thank you for everything.

This is a new, very clean, nicely decorated hotel. The bed was comfortable and I slept better than most nights at home.

My travel partner experienced a mixup during check-in. His name was very close to another guest’s name. He was accidental checked in as the other guest, given their room, and charged a much higher rate! I had made the reservations for both rooms so he did not realize right away that he was charged the wrong rate. He was able to resolve the issue quickly, but our rooms ended up being on opposite ends of the hall.

I like everything about the hotel. The building was clean & fresh all threw out. I told my Husband we got a clean one thank God for Jesus!! I wouldn’t change anything about my stay , we had an amazing time & the staff was wonderful great personality & very friendly. Shout out to the staff, what a good job they are doing. Oh one more to add, for this hotel being pets friendly that what did it for me & husband, how good it smell all the time & cleanest ok I am finish. Have a Bless Day!!!!

I can’t think of anything!!! Everything was just fine. The staffs are doing an amazing job. We would drive by just so we can stay again for the cleanest & friendly staffs. Hi guys keep up the good work May God Bless you all!!!

Nice and newer with stylish updated room, very clean and no 'gunk' in the corners of the bathroom. Comfortable bed, even for someone with chronic pain like myself. Friendly desk people not afraid to chat briefly. Hot breakfast was appreciated, as was having coffee or tea always available. Plenty of outlets for chargers and health devices.

That some of the bacon wasn't really bacon, but turkey - tough and chewy. Lighting on outer edges of parking lot could be better, so if you're walking your dog it's less risky.

It felt new and clean. It felt like a safe location. Beds were comfortable. The hot tub was nice and I appreciate that it was fixed promptly after I asked the first day of our stay. Staff was friendly. Location made it easy to travel to both Dallas and Fort Worth. Turkey bacon at the breakfast bar was an added bonus since our family doesn’t eat pork.

Nothing worth complaining about.

The location was good. Convenient to the places I wanted to visit.

The first room that the put me in was hearing impaired and I don't like the bell because people like to push those buttons for fun. The room they moved me to was bigger, but there were minor issues with the bathroom (door wouldn't stay open and it wouldn't close all the way). Also, the walls are thin.

The staff was amazing and so helpful! The rooms are spacious, super clean, had all the amenities, and the bed was outrageously comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and the snack area located in the lobby was nifty when we needed some late-night munchies after our comedy show. It's located near a good variety of restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. We went to see Tom Segura at the Texas Trust CU Theatre -- and there was a local shuttle service that had sign-ups for round trip service in the lobby. Monty is amazing, and calls you for sign-ups/pick-ups, and made the experience even more convenient for a decent price (definitely beat the hassle of traffic and parking)! Overall, great experience! Wish we had a chance to use the hot tub and beautiful fireplace by the pool/hot tub but we ran out of time.

There isn't anything I can think of other than I wish we could've stayed longer 😔 Everything was great and I'm definitely loving the new La Quinta's that are popping up everywhere. Worth the price and time, no regrets. We will definitely stay at other locations in the future.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. Our room was clean. We enjoyed the pool and waking up to a really good breakfast. Our room was cleaned while we were at breakfast and we really appreciated that.

There was an awful smell once the elevators opened to go to our room. Not sure what it was but it was pretty strong once you got off the elevators.
