Super 8 by Wyndham Grand Prairie North

I've stayed at this location several times but on this particular time I made a mistake and booked the wrong room and much to my surprise the hotel gave me a call to verify if I had in fact booked the wrong room. I was astounded by this, this is day of check-in and they switched my room (which didn't cost anything) and insured my stay was that much better. The cleaning lady came by every day to make sure I had coffee, soap, shampoo, fresh towels and a freshly made bed and took out the trash of course. Every single day!! Parking was not bad and it is two blocks away from interstate 30 in 5 minutes away from Luke 12 which was crucial for me. I couldn't even tell you if any of the other rooms were booked because it was so quiet! The staff may check in and out super fast and easy, I would highly recommend this hotel again.

My refrigerator door couldn't close all the way and the coffee machine kind of leaked. These are honestly pretty low on my complaining list. I had a great stay.

The location was good, the air conditioners ran, super cold, plenty of parking, gas, restaurants, and anything else you need is nearby, close to downtown Dallas. Just about as good as it gets!

Front lobby greeter was nice and helpful. The room was nice place was quiet for me to sleep I work nites. Breakfast was good . I love an hour away and neededaplace to stay while the winter storm came in I will always be staying there when I need a place to stay close to work .

The lamp in room 257 need to be replaced it was broke, but other than that it was great

It was nice clean friendly the manager was always on site kept a watch on camera monitors for the vehicles and he trespassers so I felt very safe

One of the exit doors in the back would slam needed to be adjusted to close slowly

it very quiet and peaceful and the stuff are very friendly people there I have no problem with nobody there it great place to be for Ann peace of mind

The room improvements were great—new carpet, bathroom. New carpeting, etc inside hotel also great. Room was quiet, got a first floor room as requested.

More towels, only had two wash cloths, no hand towels. Bath towels (3) were plenty. Replace the bent plastic cover on the ac unit.

The morning staff (front desk & cleaning crew) have been consistently accommodating. I have been able to book the room I've needed each day, my bed is made up every morning, and the bathroom is always straightened up with fresh new towels.

I know Covid-19 has changed breakfast options, but there could be some type of dry cereal, milk to go, juice, or muffins/fruit for guests staying the night especially since it's still being advertised. Or some type of breakfast coupon for a neighboring restaurant.

Very nice and good staff. Accommodations were very nice.

There is a little too much crime in the area. Two pickups were broken into one night, not mine.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The cleaning crew did an awesome job. After returning from my destination, my room was well kept.

I didn't like the fact that the hotel was not serving breakfast. I had my kids with me and I had to spend somewhere else when I could've saved since I was on a budget.

Alex was amazing and so very helpful. Everyone there was so nice. The hotel was clean and very large rooms. We will be staying therevagain for sure. Thank y'all for a great place to stay.
