I like the lady that worked at first shift on Friday she was pleasant and nice and rarely respectful and she combinated all my needs

I didn't like when I came to young man that was working that day he always give me problems knowing that I have a condition where I cannot get an elevators and I do have chronic arthritis where I cannot do stairs so I asked for a room on the first floor and he always give me a hard time and he's the only one the rest of the people there are pleasant and respectful and nice

Front desk staff that checked us in upon the night of arrival was fantastic. My son ended up getting sick from his motion sickness and our super long car ride and she went above and beyond doing what she could for us to clean up, get us new clean towels/linens, and even got him a sprite to help settle his stomach! Couldn’t be more thankful for her customer service and kindness!

Location was good and the room was big.

Kids running and jumping above us and running through the halls. The booking company had issues with our reservation so we couldn’t add a military discount - I know that’s not your fault but the company should have a chance to edit a reservation. Windows were drafty and no matter how we adjusted it the fridge froze our food and drinks.

I like the fact that it's across the street from the prison where is my husband is located at and they're very respectful

I don't like that they do not serve bacon for breakfast or grits or pancakes hash browns or neither oatmeal they should serve more variety of food for breakfast because I come quite often and I will be until my husband get released from the list of correctional

Staff was friendly! Everything was clean! Parking is awesome! We loved the pool and hot tub area - very clean, warm and bright. Breakfast was eggs, sausage and breads. Not much in the area for food but options just the next interstate exit down. This is best rate and cleanliness to be found either direction!

Some issues with dripping/leaking but it was being attended to.

The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly. The hot coffee was a welcome sight when I checked in.

The only downside was the cost of the stay, I have stayed here twice on previous occasions, and the rates keep climbing at a rapid pace.

No handicap parking at the side door near handicap room. No coffee cups in room but did have coffee pot.

Air conditioner could have worked better. Was not pulling humidity out of room very well.

Checkin staff was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. This stay was perfect for our needs. We were passing through on our way to Duluth.

I called to confirm the reservation which they found quickly. When I arrived the guy at the front desk had my reservation printed and ready to go. Checkin took all of 30 seconds. The lobby is recently redone and my room looked brand new. They also have a big side parking lot for my truck and trailer. This is a great value and the front desk guy acts like he owns the business. He probably does and deserves your business.
