Water park

Room was out dated. Bed was hard. Room was not cleaned. Floor was dirty. Should I go on. Very disappointed.

It was not crowded kids were able to go on the slides without lines.Villa was perfect plenty of room for us and 4 grandkids.Staff was polite and friendly.Will return next year.

I was charged a $40.00 Resort fee when I checked in which was unexpected.When booking on Booking.com I was charged $67.32 for the Resort fee. I did not like the unexpected charge,hotel said I need to bring it up with 3rd party. The only other complaint would be the 2nd day at the outside pools the music playing was inappropriate for children with cursing and derogitive terms. After a half an hour we could not do anymore and went inside.After 2 hours went back outside and the music was okay for the rest of our stay. You can not bring any drinks or food into park area, drinks are pricey at the park.

We stayed here in the off-season (tale end of April). We had a very quiet stay. The location of our room to the indoor water park was excellent! It was an underground corridor, with an easy walk on a gentle slope and incline. We were also very close to the on site restaurant for the breakfast buffet and Starbucks. The room was very spacious and overlooked the river. Had it not been 30 degrees at night during our stay, and if I would have thought to bring a warmer bath robe, would have liked to enjoy the outdoor whirlpool that was the size of a typical outdoor pool at a roadside hotel. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and amazingly helpful. I

The queen size beds were way to firm for my liking. The bathroom door latch also did not latch and I forgot to tell the front desk at checkout because we're we so happy with our stay and talking about how we're already planning our next stay :-D

The location was fantastic!!! We loved that it was on the outskirts of town with a great view of the river and woods. This resort was a quieter place to go with our family. There was little to no waiting in lines at both the indoor and outdoor waterparks. Our two bedroom condo was very spacious. It was an ideal resort for those in our group who cannot handle large crowds, two of which have Autism. It was so nice that the waterpark passes were included each day of our stay!

Our condo could have been cleaner and better maintained. (The refrigerator had a constant water drip on the shelf inside, the shower shelf and floors were dirty upon arrival, dirty windows, there was mold around caulk on whirlpool tub, dirty fry pans, melted ends on utensils, the sofa bed was not working properly). It also would have been nice to have had a better equipped kitchen. (Not provided: Potholders, kitchen towels, and dish soap) We would have appreciated fresh towels each day, without having to ask for them. It was a lot of money to spend on the condo, to not have everything in top-notch condition.

the indoor water park was fantastic and in good working order and sanitation. the bathrooms were mostly clean which is hard in a waterpark setting. the loft unit was clean and comfortable aside from the beds being awful. al sleep was not great for any of the 7 of us. this is why despite liking most of the fascilities, we will likely stay someplace else next time.

we stayed on one of the lofts, and it was mostly a great unit, but the beds were impossibly hard and worn out. it was frustrating given the cost. all 7 of us were uncomfortable on the mattresses.

The room was exactly as pictured. This was the first time the "whole family" stayed in one condo & not separate rooms. It was GREAT and we played cards until too late! Will do again.

There was no one manning the desk anytime during the 3 days. You had to go over to the hotel registration. It really wasn't a river view. Outside pool was for little kids & wasn't open.. was just advertised as "outside pool". There was another pool. The water park facilities also were more for younger kids (my 5 grands are 15-19 yrs). We ended up going to Noah's Ark, which was great!

We rented a villa with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed, and upon arrival they charged me $40 at check-in to clean the room. but they never cleaned the room, when checking out, I asked them why they charged that money, they told me that villas and condos usually charge that, for some association, I don't understand? because they do not clean and charge one

Prices were high but it seems everything is in the Dells. The location isn’t convenient, but the seclusion was nice once we were settled. The zip line crew was by far the best. So worth it and the best part of our trip!

Some of the attractions weren’t open which I’m sure was due to lack of staffing. My daughter wanted cotton candy or funnel cakes bc they were advertised but the place was never open. The weight room had broken equipment but I was still able to get a workout in.

The size of the room is nice. Having the kitchen/ dining/ living room area was good. It was good having 2 separate bathrooms. The staff was super friendly and answered all the questions. It was great having the tunnel to go to the water park. The arcade was fun for the size it was. It was also great getting the towels at the pool area. Will definitely come back.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in. There wasn't enough trash bags, there wasn't enough hot water, there wasn't enough soap for the dishwasher, and menu/activity sheets provided in the room. If there was actually 8 people staying the utensils wouldn't have been enough.

The food a Kilbourn Grill was expensive and terrible. The rooms could use a mirror outside the bathroom with good light when you have a room that sleeps 8 for getting ready.
