Loved the location, not far from all the shops and supermarkets. Loved the cleanliness and relaxed vibe it gave. Buffet Breakfast was well worth it and the customer service we receive from everyone was exceptional. Thank you for making our Anniversary Weekend that extra special.

The paid parking is a down side however we paid $11 a night in the public’s parking area 3 mins walk from the hotel which was perfect. There were no laundry facilities however there was a laundromat literally next door.

The Holiday Inn in Frankton was a great location with easy access to local amenities shops restaurants etc. Queenstown itself not far away close to our daughter who we were visiting. Our room with sitting room bedroom and bathroom was spacious and comfortable with great views. Quiet with everything we needed. We would recommend the hotel for short or long term stays you will be comfortable and with an excellent team of staff well looked after. Thank you.

We would request a lower floor on our next visit or and a balcony as we stayed for three weeks with great weather and outside space would have been perfect.

The room was well-appointed, quiet and calming. Lovely layout and furnishings. Perfect location. Easy check in and check out. Staff were all professional yet warm and super-friendly at the same time. Beds so comfortable. Beautiful bathroom. The breakfast is amazing, really varied and delicious.

My only criticism would be to add champagne flutes, proper tea cups instead of just mugs, and basic utensils such as a knife, fork, spoon and a decent-sized plate. And a bottle or two of spring water for drinking and maybe the kettle and coffee machine. Getting water from the bathroom is a turn-off.

Everything about this stay was good - had an awesome room, nice facilities and an awesome view. Cannot pinpoint to mention anything specific. We stayed here for 2 nights and was very comfortable. Had lot of options of restaurant near the Hotel (if not opting for the Hotel food).

Hotel Free parking was very limited (outside parking). Hotel parking (underground parking) was available, however, at $20 per day charge. Found it a bit unreasonable as the stay charges weren't cheap. However, the staff mentioned that there is a cheaper alternate option of parking (outside parking) at $10 per day right next to the property. Booking.com had mentioned that Netflix access was included in the stay. However, noticed that it was not. Didn't check with the Hotel staff as we didn't mind it.

Warm welcome from the hotel staff and the restaurant staff ! Perfect location as it is near the bus stops and the airport!!! We booked the breakfast buffet and it is very good and convenient giving we were busy with activities during the day. You have a laundromat just outside the hotel and cafes etc the supermarket is literally across the road, you have everything you need! Our stay inside the hotel was nice with a balcony and a nice big shower as well as a huge bed! The heater was something that definitely help us because it was so cold and it was only spring lol I loved this holiday and wanted to give up everything stay lol Thank you for the stay we enjoyed it a lot

Excellent buffet with brilliant wait staff. Spotless clean room and linen. Apart from the obstructed view, rest of our stay was very good.

Really disappointed with the view from our room which was 80% obstructed by the large pillar that forms the Holiday Inn sign. Only had a small 2 foot sliver of the window accessible to see the views of the mountain. Photos attached. Also at this price point, you would expect to have parking available on premises but the available parking can become fully booked out and you are forced to park in a public carpark a short walk away.

Good location to stay if you’re needing the airport as it’s only a short drive from it. Plenty of retail outlets nearby if required. It’s about a 15 minute drive into Queenstown. Accommodation was decent and clean. Staff onsite were very attentive and a credit to the company. PLEASE NOTE: Limited parking on site. There is about 7-10 Holiday Inn allotted free parking bays and they appear to fill up pretty quick. There are alternatives such as a private parking bays under the Holiday Inn for $15-$20 a night or another paid car park elsewhere nearby. It didn’t bother me enough to put this down as something I didn’t like as the property but it’s something to make people aware of if they have a vehicle.

The location was superb being just 5 minutes by bus or car away from the airport and can even be walked through within 20-30 minutes. Very convenient as the bus stop was just in front of the hotel and the Public school while the Remarkable shopping centre was within 15 minutes distance of walking. The snow-filled mountain view was breath taking. The room was always clean and smelled nicely. And the girls at Reception were very friendly and helpful! Holiday Inn, Remarkables Park is higly recommended.

The ongoing construction near the hotel bitly constricted the shortcut foothpath going to the shop. But once completed, it will provide more parking space and wider walking area.

The property was clean and and accessible but when we arrived after a long drive there was only one bed and tricky for me to check in on my own with Maddie in a wheelchair and some assistance with the bags and a trolley would have been nice. I was given a portable single bed but it was pretty uncomfortable and had to be pushed up near the window but I did confirm a few times it was two people and I was the support worker and so we would need two beds in that accessible room.

Lack of help with bags coming and going. Needing to ask for a separate bed for me but it was attended to quickly.

The Holiday Inn - Remarkables was an ideal location for our adventure/ski holiday this year with the extended family. It catered to nearly ALL our needs. Restaurant on site helped for our early morning continental breakfast and those last minute dinner plans..Unfortunately.. as we were driving a 12 seater bus, parking was insufficient. Had to park off site regularly.

Parking your car was an issue, there wasn’t enough spaces for the facility that could cater height restrictions for a 12 seater bus…staff tried to accommodate, it was basically first in , first served..
