The location is great. The view from the room was awesome. The beds were very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

There were "old" coffee sticks, and empty sachets, down the gap between the fridge and the luggage bench, which was a little disappointing to see. It was my second stay with M Social and my friends first. I had commented on the high standard of cleanliness to her, prior to our arrival, so I felt a little let down when we saw this.

Great location, right opposite the wharf. We had an awesome sea view and enjoyed watching the ferry’s come and go throughout the day. Easy walk to the shops, particularly with young children! The movenpick icecream shop is directly across the road, as well as a kiwi souvenir shop. It is surrounded by so many cafes and restaurants, all within a few minutes walk. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, we were able to have a late checkout so we didn’t have to wander around for hours with our luggage and young kids waiting to board our cruise mid afternoon. Really well priced for how central it is, would definitely recommend staying here.

I have nothing bad to say, it was a really enjoyable stay.

M Social is a wonderful place to stay the staff are helpful and friendly the rooms are clean and comfortable the restaurant is very good we had some great food their breakfast lunch & dinner we also had some drinks at the bar with a cheese platter which was lovely highly recommend a stay at M Social.

The only thing that spoiled our trip was being ripped off by a taxi driver we went to watch the Warriors play Parramatta at Mt Smart on our return trip back to M Social it cost us $120 NZ we were told be careful in what taxis to use a taxi with a company logo on top this one just white sign saying taxi. The taxis were lined up the driver was waiting on the side of the road which we did not wake up to we are usually very careful. Fellow travelers be awake to these TAXIS. Auckland needs to address this problem.

Great location, great view of the harbour from our room, great shower. Good food in the dining room. Very friendly staff both in restaurant and at the front desk. The girl who cleaned our room was very friendly and helpful

We had a real problem controlling the thermostat in our room. We froze the first nite. The second evening was the same. We phoned and a worker came to help….sort of fixed it and offered us a different room. We declined as we were leaving early the next AM. However the room was equally uncomfortable that second nite…this time too hot. When checking out I suggested they get a techy out before renting it out again. We were offered no compensation for this issue.

This is our 3rd stay at M Social and we will come again. The staff are exceptional and I love the murals on each floor. You cannot beat the location as it is right on the waterfront in Auckland and our room had an exceptional view. Usually we find the rooms a little too small, but this time we had one with two beds and it was spacious. The concierge (Shon?) gets 10/10 for his attempts to find us a car rental in Auckland at a time when there were so few cars available. He really went above and beyond and we appreciated his efforts.

Nothing could be better. M Social is tops.

Location couldn't be better for visiting Central Auckland. Easy to walk everywhere and public transport just round the corner. Option of parking your car for $45 a night which I appreciated, felt safe. Staff were very pleasant and efficient at their jobs. The rooms were absolutley great, lots of space, big bed and a stunning large glass window overlooking the ferries. Loved the coffee machine.

Could probably have a few more outside tables in the bar area. It was a lovely day and it wasn't that busy but could only sit inside. Could have done with a couple more English Breakfast T-Bags. Could have asked for more I suppose. They were very generous with other items though. Nothing a deal breaker -great place to stay.

Once again, we were treated by your check in staff to a room with a view of the harbour which was so amazing, We were travelling out on Celebrity Edge the next day so to wake up very early and see her docking just across the road was quite something and would not have been possible had your check in staff not given us such a fantastic room, so once again Thank you so much for that thoughtfulness.

Nothing, I liked everything. You are very lucky with your location, but most of all your fabulous caring staff who help us guests in every way. We will definitely be staying with you next time we need a night in Auckland.

The view of the bay from my room was beautiful and made the stay feel very special. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find great dining options within a very short walking distance (yards/meters). The bed was also excellent—very comfortable and exactly what I needed after busy days exploring the city. Overall, the combination of the view, location, and comfort made this hotel a great choice and well worth the price. I’d happily stay here again and recommend M Social to anyone visiting Auckland. It's also an ideal location if you are visiting Waiheke Island because the ferry across the street.

The room was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed my stay. If we were to suggest any improvements, perhaps adding a small welcome guide or booklet with information about the hotel's amenities. It may have been in the room but wasn't obvious. These are minor details, but they could elevate an already great experience.

Excellent location! Great views of the harbour even from the 2nd floor. Room was clean, tidy and a good size. Staff were helpful and the mid stay check in call was appreciated. Cleaning staff were particularly helpful and polite!

We had 3 people in a twin XL which has two double beds. As the room was spacious enough we felt they should have queen beds not doubles, to give people sharing a bit more room. We were not expecting the $200 deposit for any incidentals especially given we had already paid for the accomodation. Staff were helpful and accomodating though and waived the deposit which was appreciated.

Location is great. The hotel is very new and clean. Nice design, comfortable room. I was staying in the king room with harbor view, for 6 days. Came for work and for pleasure together. Spent 2 days working remotely from the room, loved the view. Wifi is complementary and decent speed, had my vpn on and work video calls no problem. The room is cozy, not too big but decent size. I loved the feature of moving wall between the room and the bathroom. Super cool :) showering with the view while watching TV. Loved it absolutely, usually this feature is presented in suites or higher class hotels. Variety of movies on the tv provided, quite cool. The bed was very comfortable. Shower and the amenities were great. The products are not high end but very decent. Breakfast buffet was absolutely great even though a bit expensive. I love a big breakfast so I enjoyed it lots. No eggs coked on order though, and barista coffee is not included. The variety is absolutely great. I did not try the restaurant apart from breakfast. Had room service lunch, the food was good, but on a high end of the price. Location is great, heaps of really good places to eat out though. The room service is provided by robots 😄 really cool. The staff is excellent. Coffee machine in the room, amazing. Didn’t use the gym

The bath robe :( could be better quality Parking a bit too expensive, but I guess mind the location. So good enough it is available at all.
