Very comfortable, quiet room with double glazed opening window onto road. Slept well. Aircon worked well during heatwave. Very clean. Good clothes rack system for smallish room. Initially didnt like the area but turn right out of the hotel and found interesting multicultural areas, market, bars, great patisserie next to hotel. Stored our bikes in large luggage room.

Reception patronising, had called ahead to check they could accommodate our bikes, which they said they could. On arrival treated with disdain by receiving receptionist when a simple solution was easily available. This rather marred what was an otherwise excellent and comfortable stay.

The Staff was really friendly and helpful. Clean Room and exactly like it was on the Pictures. The most important thing for me was a safe parkplace(underground and under video surveillance).

The Parking is 20 euros per night. (I would suggest to Contact the Hotel for the parkplace it can happen that the Parking is full, and that would be problematic because its hard to find one). And the neighborhood is not really good.

The breakfast was awesome. Room was spacious with big bathroom and toilet. All facilities related to family was there in the room. Room cleaning was good. You walk 6 min and you are at Garibaldi metro station. Supermarket and dominos pizza are just behind your hotel. Silent and safe area for family stay as I heard from all my freinds that there are many pickpockets cases in Paris. Staff was helpful.

the wifi was poor the heating was sometimes noisy the rest perfect

Easy to reach by car. Good parking facility. Only 20 minutes to Paris center by metro

Shower in room may flood

Friendly staff, pleasant decor and comfortable bed. Decent breakfast and adequate air conditioning. Good location being near to metro station and some local restaurants. Near to Stade de France, so great for the Rugby

It’s not the best neighborhood you could find in Paris but its easy to access public transport(M13-M14)

Near to Garibaldi Metro Station. Pretty shady neighborhood...we knew that from the beggining. Clean room. Receptionist was very nice.

Very chaotic breakfast, not enough tables and chairs, not eough food, virtually no vegetables.

I had a voucher from 2020 cancelation due to the Covid related France lockdown in place at the time. I wrote to the hotel and Accor about it and they ignored my emails and so I paid for the hotel (instead of using the voucher as I had hoped if I had gotten a reply) and could not be reimbursed. So now I have EUR 214 that I can only redeem by staying at this hotel and I do not know when next I will visit Paris. Not very happy about that.
