Large hotel with spacious parking lot. We had two separate rooms, the bedroom was compact, but a baby bed and a commode fit perfectly. There were a lot of towels in our room. There were slippers, tea, coffee, kettle, mugs and glasses. The living room was comfortable, with a sofa, an armchair, a chair, and a large closet. There were two bottles of water in the fridge for free. The room was clean. The reception apologized that they could not fulfill our desire to get a room on the top floor, because the hotel was full. The breakfast was good: porridge, sprats, delicious potatoes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, watermelon, grapefruit, cottage cheese pie, fresh croissants, muesli etc. The coffee was delicious and the juices were ok. There were a lot of people, but finding a free place was not difficult. Tables were cleaned up quickly, tablecloths were changed, food was constantly added.

Hotel was fully booked, it was not easy to find free parking space (a lot of cars were parked on bus parking places).

The room was bright and airy on the upper floors with good views across the river to the Old Town. The breakfast was ample with coffee choices coming from machines. The highlight was the 10th floor rooftop bar and restaurant. The weather was excellent for that time of year allowing you to sit with a beer and some ok restaurant food and take in the wonderful views.

The pillows were a little spongy and poor quality. The location, though ideal for looking at the Old Town is a reasonable walk (1.5k)/short taxi ride from it. Caught a bus from the airport because of the very high prices that taxis charge there but that was a reasonable walk from the nearest bus stop. Once there the Bolt taxi app came in very useful in getting rides at very reasonable prices.

Free parking although from what I could see it was a relatively small one (we took the last place) unless there is some additional parking space I did not see. Location is good - close to the river and the bridge over which you are almost at the Old Town (15 min walk). Riga is a beautiful city.

The room is not very spacious. The breakfast was really crowded in the morning - but of course this is not the hotel’s fault, we were just not lucky. I hated the lifts - on the higher floors there are no displays which floor the lift is currently on and as a result you can wait for ages without knowing how close the lift is. We used the stairs all the time (our room was on the 4th floor) because of that.

The hotel is only 20min walk from the centre. The views from the Roof Top Restaurant are amazing, from the rooms in the river side too. The room was spacious, king bed and super comfy, quiet room. Private and free parking. Breakfast had a lot of options. Staff was helpful. We asked for late check-out and got it for a fee (I have got a No for an answer in various other countries), so this was brilliant as our flight was late in the evening. Food in the restaurant is pretty decent, balsam cocktails are good, we even got 10% discount for being guests at the hotel, we had an excellent time having dinner with fresh air and the views of the river, bridge and city.

We liked everything

Breakfast was good. I don't usually have breakfast in hotels but thiw was well worth it. The view from the room was of the car park but there is a wonderful view of the Old Town from the Rooftop Terrace. It was a short walk across the bridge into the Old Town. Very convenient for the bus route to the airport. There was a small beach on the 'island'.

I would have liked some coffee in the room but we were only supplied with sachets of tea and a nutty coffee concoction. I take my coffee without milk. That said the coffee at breakfast and in the restaurant was good.

I liked the free parking. We loved the rooftop terrace. We ate and drank a few beers and the staff was great!

Breakfast could have been a little better only because there was not very much fresh fruit to choose from. More fruit please!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, it would have been nice to bowl. It was just a little bit of a tease that it was there but not available. But I can understand that you can not keep it open and ready all the time. So instead the concierge told us that there was bowling not far from the hotel at the Pepsi Center and we went and had a great time!!!!

the room was big. toilet was clean. the view from the room was good. overlooking the bridge to town centre. breakfast has lots of selection tho it was quite repetitive

our room can be seen from the window of the room beside us, there's no privacy unless you pull the curtains which is annoying if you want to enjoy the view from outside. the most annoying thing was i found that the teaspoons for the drinks inside the room were DIRTY! it even has residue! the tea kettle even had some water in it that I don't know for how long it has been there. GROSS! the bus stop is near the hotel but it takes around 15-20mins to go to town centre

Breakfast was superb, a lot of people but stuff was very fast and fill every position on time without any empty plates. Parking is on hotel territory and good organized. Hotel located in quite place and safe.

On my 2nd floor it was very low seiling (about 2.20m). If I was in helmet or with horns by my wife it could be a problem to walk. BTW I could look into a cameras eyes directly, hope they have a great photoes with me :)

Convenient free private parking. Excellent, abundant breakfast with lots of choices. Very big rooms, equipped with refrigerator and water boiler, coffee and tea. Beautiful view from the the top terrace.

Low hygiene in the rooms, due to the carpeted floors. Moreover, the crib we were assigned was dirty. Unpleasant walk to reach downtown, one must walk on a very long bridge with heavy traffic and lots of pollution. Very impolite stuff at the terrace restaurant, the worst experience during our 2-week trip in the Baltic countries.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at your hotel. The room size was impressive, and the breakfast was delightful. The added bonus of complimentary parking was much appreciated. I'm definitely considering returning to this hotel in the future. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I couldn't explore the rooftop terrace area, but I hope to do so on my next visit.
