Hotel rooms very spacious, warm, comfortable and clean.

The original room I had booked for my 6 night stay had been reallocated! I'm shocked that this was allowed to happen! However, I managed to change to the required room after discussion with the desk for the final 4 nights of our stay. This may have just been a one off mistake, but I would also like to say, that the hotel desk assistant who I dealt with, did her very best to accommodate our requirements at late notice as the hotel was fully booked, and my sincere thanks go to her.

Lovely location among trees, end of the bus route for two buses each every half an hour 20 minutes to the city centre. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. There are 19 floors, so if you like a good view, you've got it all around. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed comfortable, especially the pillows, lots of good amenities, coffee & tea, herbal tea, good heating, and air conditioning. I had a very relaxed and restful stay. I would have used the swimming pool and fitness area, the facilities looked excellent. Overall, friendly and helpful staff, great comfort and amenities in the room.

The evening food in the restaurant, although great quality, was a little pricy for me, and the menu was rather limited, in my opinion. I would have preferred more light snacks with vegetarian options. The cooked food at breakfast was ok, but hurriedly cooked, in my opinion.

Even though it was crowded for check in, the receptionnists were very kind. Offered some cookies and snacks to those waiting. We were told that our room wasn't ready yet to check in, and got offered a bigger room for the same price which was a nice gesture. Reception was very helpful for our questions to navigate the city and bus hours. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety. The staff was very good for breakfast as well.

- Soap and shampoos were missing in our room upon arrival. But it got taken care of very quickly and professionally. - Elevators in the building are overall messy. Way too many rooms for only 3 elevators. You go up and down for minutes long in a fully packed elevator, trying to not get your child smashed. Not the best experience tbh. - No windows can be opened in rooms. Now that might not be a problem for many people but if you like to freshen the air like we do, it's not really the best. You've got the air heating unit and that's all you'll get as air.

We returned here because we like the location and the hotel. It was nice to be given choice of higher or lower floor room as I’m not keen on heights! The buffet breakfast was very good and all the staff were very polite and helpful. It was very nice on your return after day out, especially in the heat, to have orange juice or cold water for you to help yourself to in the foyer.

We were there for 2 nights so it would’ve been nice to have our cups changed, more tea, coffee and milk sachets added and the bins emptied rather than just bed made. Landing carpet needed a good hoovering.

Low cost upgrade to a fantastic room that had an extra large, very comfortable bed. The desk had ample sockets and plenty of room to organise my work. We enjoyed the swimming pool when it was open, but the limited opening times often didn’t fit in with my schedule. The pool was clean and the water was a good temperature with perfect ph.

The city promotes sustainable transport. The lack of information on the website regarding buses to catch from the airport resulted in our walking a very long way on a hot day.

We were pleasantly surprised to have adjoining rooms that were also connecting. The staff had thoughtfully made up a sofa bed for our eight year old in the main room and left us some treats in the mini bar, which was completely unexpected! Our children especially enjoyed the swimming pool and we used the gym facilities. After five days of being on a road trip through Europe, mostly staying in apartments, this was a welcome bit of luxury that we all enjoyed.

nothing to call out. Just that it’s a bit far from central parts of Luxembourg although public transport is free and available next to the hotel.

It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable so we had a good sleep. The buffet breakfast had a fantastic choice.

The pool wasn't open during my stay. The water wasn't hot enough to have a bath. Parking used to be free now it's €12.50 per night.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good, but not amazing. Staff was almost always very helpful. All very clean, no problems whatsoever.

A bit far from the city centre, your options are rental cars, extremely expensive taxis (think around 60 EUR each way to the city centre) or take the free city bus. You could use the tram but would have to use the bus anyway as there are no tram stops near the hotel.

It is a very big hotel. An historical one I'd say. The breakfast was generous and the Staff friendly and available. It was quite central and the parking available for our car to park there.

The Hotel is kind of aged and with all the classical issues an old hotel usually carries: old furniture, moquette stained at the points...They charged 35€ per day for my Dog... That is the most expensive overcharge I ever experienced for a small dog.

I really liked that there was a pool. The location was near some forrests that were really great to explore and fun for a jog and it was still fairly easy to get to the city centre. There was also some bars and pubs not too far away.

All in all it was pretty good. The bath mat in my room clearly has seen better days and the wifi wasn't very stable, but honestly otherwise the room was pretty good.
