The staff was very welcoming, courteous & caring. Forgotten to get the name of the staff who checked us in... he was sincerely observant and caring towards customer's needs. Location was good and price was very affordable.. we got a free upgrade to superior room. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable.

The blanket had a lil smell of perspiration. Toilet flush was not strong enough.

For the price it was a nice little clean room. We just stayed for one night after checking late. The annoying part was they keep RM 200 as security deposit (refundable) which is more than than our night stay bill.

Wish housekeeping would 1. Change bedsheets once every 3days. Out were NOT changed for the entire 16days! 2. Vacuum the room floor.

Clean, comfortable room. Excellent shower and clean and modern bathroom. Short 5 minute walk to Pavilion shopping centre and then about 20 minutes through the shopping centre to the twin towers. Two 7 Elevens on your door step.

Not much, only issue we had was the fridge was abit naff and didn't really work. You can only pay deposit on credit card or cash and it's 200ringit which is very steep and a little annoying, however we can understand why hotels do this.

Location versus value was great - other properties in the area were much higher priced. And being only a few minutes walk from Bukit Bintang and Time Square was very convenient. Rooms were simple but comfortable. While we had a room with a window, there are more budget rooms available without windows. Property does not have breakfast option. There is a 24hr laundry on the same block which was helpful.

The rooms are a bit worn, and could use some refreshing - but for the relative price, it was within expectations. The only downside in our room was that it took a few minutes to re-seat the shutter blind in its track.

We really liked the location. Within walking distance to public transport, shopping plaza’s, night markets and multiple eateries. Accomodation is basic i.e no swimming pool, we didn’t need any of that though as we were out and about KL during the day. Best aspect were the staff. Every interaction we had with the staff was excellent. Processes were effortless and seamless. Every request we had was met or answered with ease. Reception staff were particularly pleasant and accomodating with out being overly nice. Thank you InnB we will not only stay with you whenever we come to KL but also recommend you to any friends and family looking for comfortable, clean accomodation in a great location with awesome staff

Very comfortable room. The equipment provided is complete. Although the hotel faces the street, the noise is not too disturbing. Very friendly & resourceful staff.

Limited parking. You can use public parking along the road (need to pay through the app) but be careful if you park in front of the Oversea Restaurant at the end of the building. You will be charged rm10. To be safer, there is a paid parking lot across from the hotel where you have to pay rm6 per day.

i love that its so close to many great malls like berjaya times square. its a walking distance. plus the staffs are really friendly and helpful!

not much of a dislike but do keep in mind that the rooms--especially if you booked one like mine--are meant for sleeping and showering because it is quite small. also if youre planning to drive, you better be lucky with the limited parking or you can just take public transport. if so, stop at station imbi then its around a 5-10 minutes walk.

Maybe the window can make it tinted so cannot see from outside. Help more privacy for customer.

The location is perfect. We stayed for almost 13 days at the hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were super helpful and supportive especially brother Farid who helped us a lot. The room service was excellent and we were never disturbed.

Cleanliness should be improved at this property. That was the only negative thing that we noticed.
