Location was perfect....in the heart of the busy shopping district. Staff was great...very warm, welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Views from the top were magnificent.

Exact breakfast repeated every day. For a 5 star hotel, I was expecting some changes every couple of days.

Front disck insist to pay by Malaysian currency not by equivalent USD while i am just arriving and still i didn't change moneys. Variety of breakfast was little bit and no multiple choice varity for arabian tourists even a lot of Arabian live in. My room not upgraded as Booking.com genius level 2 promoted

Location and breakfast are excellent

The understanding and help given by reception at the time of check in was appalling. There was a total lack of appreciation of the issue of me having lost my Credit card and ATM cards, and the need to pay either by Apple Pay or an internet transfer. I have been a very regular customer of Grand Millennium for many years and my track record should have been enough for an alternative payment method to be allowed. To quote from a script repeatedly that a CC must be provided is unacceptable. This was really poor form. Thankfully a friend came to the rescue.

Such a great location. The room i booked for 3nights stayed were good, very clean, comfy bed, complete amenities, it was just old design. The staff were so friendly n helpful. The food also nice. Just walking distance if i wanna go to shopping to the mall, a lot of restaurants outside n there’s minimarket too just walk distance.

-i was booked for king bed but they gave me twinbed size just bcs it’s late checked in. luckily the room in the cornerside so it was quite spacious for big luggage. -i was waiting the elevator for almost 40minutes around 8pm just wanna went down. is it insane took so long? so many guest wanna go up n down when im gonna come inside it was always full.

1)Disappointing breakfast! Nasi lemak without chicken, like a vegetarian restaurant. Three months ago, noodle soup had been served, but this time it didn't. 2)Restaurant service level needs to be improved. Your staff changed my window seat without consent!I was told that my seat was someone else's, but I was pretty sure the seat was vacant and there was no reservation reminder before I put my food down. After putting down the food, your staff passed by without saying it was reserved by others. I feel the behavior of your staff is very disrespectful to me! So, I don't think your restaurant is suitable for me who came alone.

The breakfast was rich and there was a variety of the cuisines, the lunch ,as open buffet, also was excellent, the room had a view to the Fahrenheit Mall and the busy street , the cleanless was very good, the numbers of the lifts enough, so not a lot of time to wait for them, there were always taxis in front of the hotel available ,the staff was bringing 2 bottles of water everyday. The japanese restaurant has also a great menu. The metro and Monorail are very close to the hotel. There is also a bus station across the street going to Petronas Towers/

The food service at the Mill cafe is very late.

The location is a walking distance to excellent and diverse restaurants and malls. It is also near to metro station for those who prefer public transport. Also, the dining inside the hotel is of high quality. I liked the bed and pillows. Moreover, the staff was very helpful and flexible. I was provided with early check-in.

While the room was very clean, the room make up was not thorough. Examples, towels were not properly replaced, room items were frequently left loose. There's no good view as the hotel is surrounded by taller buildings.

The location is very convenient. Easy access to MRT, a short walking distance to Pavilion, Uniqlo, Sephora, Lot 10, etc. Restaurants are everywhere and serve international cuisines, too, around the Grand Millennium vicinity. The room was beautiful. I requested a simple birthday deco for Mom's birthday, and the GM team made it happen. My mom was so happy. The room was big, smelled nice, comfortable pillows. We also got the full Merdeka tower view, so that was a plus! Breakfast was great! There were too many options, so we had small bites of everything. Or so we tried, LOL! Excellent food choice, so if you are a foodie like us, check out their breakfast buffet. Oh, check-in and check-out were fast, too! They gave you a link to check-in and check-out online, and you grab or drop the key at the front office. Super simple! We wanted to go out of Bukit Bintang for the day, the GM team was happy to schedule a taxi or Grab for your convenience.

The luxurious breakfasts, the stunning panoramic view, and the convenience of being near the Pavilion shopping center all contributed to an unforgettable stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my future visits to Kuala Lumpur.
