Excellent location. The hotel connects via a tunnel through to the JW Marriott which is across the road from the Pavilion Mall which is of the best malls we’ve been to. Staff are excellent as is the afternoon tea in the lobby lounge for RM160++ for two people. Such amazing value! Same goes for breakfast that was included in our booking. Excellent varieties of food items and plenty of staff in hand to help with anything you may need.

If I had to be really picky the bed was a little too hard for my liking and the bath towels are quite small rather than being bath sheets as in other top hotels.

The room was clean and staff very friendly. And aslo the breakfast also very nice.

We was not satified require pay parking fee even though stay at 5 star hotel. The parking fee amount was RM12 without flat rate as well. If we driving out, we need to pay again RM12 again per entry. It was not fair to us stay with the 5 star hotel rate. The staff said that parking issue was not under hotel management. We felt that hotel management need discuss with 3rd party parking management to solve it. The good hotel with 5 star still need to parking fee was very unfair for our customer.

Breakfast quality and presentation doesn't much my standard, as I am aslo executive chef at mandarin oriental hotel singapore, with bq departure, food variety is too little, juice is fresh squeeze but why ucstill hv bottles juice can't understand, danish pastry should hv more than 3,currently hv only 2 very disappointed, chef grooming stand was poor,I did saw one chef without chef hat,and chef jacket dirty,I think he is causal chef, working around to replish food,to many local food, it will be good if hv balance off Western and local, buffet presentation specially live station to many ingredients, it is necessary or going to waste food cost.fresh fruit good to hv a least 6 type, but on buffet 3 type which already slice,whole fruits eg,dragon fruits hotel except as to cut?????, all raw hope to see changes and bring up food quality and presentation to next level, all the best to the executive chef u can do it Thank you Chef S.Punniammurti

The room, breakfast and staff were amazing.

The immediate surroundings of the hotel are not the best due to construction happening in the area.

EVERYTHING! Literally. The 3 Bedroom Suite is like a penthouse, huge and spacious, beautiful wainscoting deco, 5 bathrooms, we didnt need to fight for one lol. Our kids love playing hide n seek, catching inside, it feels like home. We even held a mini gathering for 20 pax. Location is excellent, eateries are everywhere. Pavillion is just 5min walk. The hotel is always bright and lively, even at midnight. The staffs were exceptionally attentive and fast, polite and friendly. The spa pool is beautiful and cozy. We were served some refreshments. Breakfast spread was nice, the venue is big and comfortable. I requested for 2 baby cots, and extra bed, and they were all ready upon my arrival. We really enjoyed pur stay and promised to return again.

The Tv channels have not much variety. No washer and dryer. Should have. Then it would be perfect stay.

Ideal location the hotel was excellent, the staff, the service they just couldn’t do enough for you. We booked club level and it was great used it for breakfast every day and chef on hand to cook basically anything you wanted. I tried the lovely traditional if what spicey b’fast which was excellent. Evening cocktails and food available too as well as an afternoon tea service, just lovely. Dennis, May & Rasel in the lounge were lovely, everyone was but I couldn’t remember all the names and also Shamim & colleagues in the bar. Well done RC!

The pool area is enclosed (skyscrapers) so relaxing and swimming is good but sunbathing not so, but probably as blessing in disguise for us fair skinned Scots! Great service though, fresh iced water and freshly prepared fruit brought to your table. Even have different levels of sun factor cream on hand!

Superb room Very neat and clean Bathrooms are clean and well maintenance on daily basis. Excellent service by all hotel staff except breakfast restaurant manager Swimming pool was so beautiful and best place to relax.

Timing for breakfast shall be till 11 am Breakfast restaurant manager shall improve his attitude with guests I don’t want to mention his name but please we are guest and need to sit wherever we like as per table availability and number of persons Guests shall not be forced to sit on the table selected by manager I felt like we were forced to sit on particular table selected by manager of restaurant, really insane 😂 Attitude with smile is not good practice.

BREAKFAST NEEDS IMPROVEMENT AS DURING MY STAY AT 3 DIFFERENET 5 STAR HOTELS DURING THIS TRIP RITZ WAS THE LEAST FAVORABLE ONE

Breakfast was amazing - the variety available within the buffet from western all the way to local made the experience wonderful. Not to mention, the Ritz-Carlton have multiple food options within the hotel such as buffet restaurants and A le Carte. Stuff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional to the highest standards - a massive thanks for them because they made our stay much more exciting and fun. The rooms my family and I accommodated in were outstanding; beds were super comfortable, the entire room and bathrooms were crystal clear and the view of some of the KL towers was sublime. The location of the hotel as well was perfect because it was just a door step away from Bukit Bintang street, which is another great place to go for shopping at the nearby malls and/or at luxury fashion stores , buying street food and has a great access to public transportation - basically it is a Times Square vibe!

we enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Carlton. The buffet breakfast was amazing and there was a great selection of Asian, western and middle eastern foods. The staff were very lovely and helpful. Great location off Bukit Bintang, close to Pavillon, KLCC and Chinatown.

The Ritz Kids club was closed which was a shame.
