The hotel is in a perfect location: it is near the center, has mini market and food options nearby and one can enter the metro just after exiting the hotel. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The bath was great, and the cleaning personnel was doing a great job every day. The personnel at the reception were very helpful. The Wi-Fi was great. Almost everything was perfect.

The only thing that I didn't like is that the room was noisy even being at the 10th floor. The street under it has too much traffic and sounds even during the night and the single windows is not the best option.

It's at the perfect location at Bukit Bintang area. The room was comfortable enough to stay in and amenities are provided such as hotel slippers, shower cap, toothbrush etc. It's a good place to stay if you just need a place to sleep and then go out the rest of the day. I was also given an early check in at 12 noon because I arrived early at around 10.

None of the bathroom and toilet lights were working so it was a bit dark. Other than that, everything is ok if you just need a hotel at a good location.

I love the location. Almost everything you need is just a walking distance.

Great staff always helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations. It had lots of Arabic, South Asian restaurants. Especially Pavilion shopping Centre and it had lots & lots of different restaurants on many different levels. Quality food at reasonable prices. Just loved my holidays.

Breakfast was not available at the restaurant during our stay, but we could have breakfast at Starbucks at ground floor.

Location was fabulous and staff were really nice.

The noise from the street was so so bad! I asked for a room away from the street noise and I believe they did give me a room further away (room 809) but it was so difficult to fall asleep. So much motor racing sounds and general road sounds till 3am 4am in the morning. Not sure if it’s always like this or due to the Chinese new year celebrations that were still going on.

The room is incredibly spacious and clean. I had to book a room last minute and the staff were quick to get things done for me. The hospitality met my expectations. The walking distance to Pavilion KL and Farenheit KL is really great. Overall a good experience.

The parking is dark and run down, and the entrance from the lift looks like a loading bay with a temporary carpet. The jam heading towards the hotel was terrible as it is right smack in the city center.

I haven't travelled for almost 3 years since the pandemic and this is my first trip to Kuala Lumpur. The reason why i chose this hotel at the first place is simply because of it's strategic location right in the center of Bukit Bintang. The moment you exit the hotel entrance you will be surprised to see that everything you need can be found just a few steps from this hotel. MRT & Monorail station can be reached in just 1-2 minute walk. Not to mention that this hotel is located in between of Lot 10 Mall and Fahrenheit Mall. The most famous Pavilion Mall can also be reached in a merely 5 minute walk which also connected to KLCC through air conditioned sky bridge. The famous street foods galore of Jalan Alor is just 8-10 minutes walk from this hotel. The hotel staff are really attentive and helpful as well. I arrived about and hour earlier than the standard check in time but they willing to let me check in early. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for an affordable 4 stars hotel that is surrounded by shopping malls, eateries and convenient stores.

The room that i stayed is facing the main road of Bukit Bintang and the noise coming from the street is quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper. However it was bearable and acceptable to me. Unfortunately upon check in i encountered few problems with this room. The table lamp was not working, the washing basin was clogged and the air conditioner was really hot. However the hotel promptly respond to my complaint and managed to resolve the problems accordingly.

Pros: 1) Location is good. 2) Toilet is spacious. 3) Complimentary snacks and drinks in the room.

Cons: 1) No connecting rooms arranged for two reserved rooms. 2) Check-in process can be better managed. Reception area was kind of warm and stuffy. 3) Parking on-site is limited. A flight of stairs after drop-off point is not conducive for luggage. 4) One of the toilet bowls in one of the rooms was not properly cleansed.

The property looks nice and easy to find, room is spacious enough and clean, the location is very strategic to the nearest MRT and Momorail station (if you prefer to travel / using public transport) and to Malls (Pavillion, Lot 10, etc)

The room is soundproof enough for me but I’m afraid for some guest it’s too loud from outside

we love everything but im sad that theres no breakfast like it used to. we ALWAYS chose ANSA everytime we go to KL. the staffs we're really friendly. and asked for an extra bed they really tried their best to find one for me hence it was full.
