Location was good very convenient

We are staying at the service apartment side .Service was bad cause each time we requested something it took ages to reached us. There is no room service not able to call anyone for anything. Go to reception they said need to scan QR code for the service but in vain .Therefore if you are looking for a place which required service forget about it . Even asking for spare towel took us till our departure, didn’t come . Please do something about it . They really need to do something about it

We arrived to Hotel around 8 pm, check-in was easy and front office Assistant Mr.Magentharan was super friendly and helpful. We booked the Executive suite from the Hotel, but got the access to Residence pool too. Hotel is not that new, bit older style, since we booked the suite, living room and toilet was big enough for us. Location is very good, few minutes to Pvillion mall and other shopping outlets.

Breakfast needs to be improved, especially the pastry items (quality is not good, doesn't look fresh and yummy. How they serve fresh fruit is also not nice, especially the watermelon bowl (its with full of water). Hotel pool doesn't seem that clean and hygienic as Pigeon poops directly hit the kids pool and nearby sunbeds, so i went to Residence pool instead which is located in the roof top with twin tower views. Needs to improve above mentioned things, and I believe that service is not very 5 stars.

Studio was really well equipped, especially the kitchen. There were 1 pot, 1 frying pan, 1 spatula, 1 knife and cutting pad, 4 sets of plates, bowls and cutleries. The room is spacious and the bathtub can fit two people. Location is very near to Pavillion Mall and Bukit Bintang. Wifi not an issue while I am there. Staff were helpful and friendly.

There is no luggage assistance provided for those staying in Dorsett Residence, we need to bring our luggage ourselves. There is no convenience store in the vicinity within 5 min walk so we cant get last minute drinks or titbits before going to our room. For the kitchenette, there is no appropriate electrical socket to plug in the kettle! So we need to use the kettle in the study room.

All Staff including security was nice & always smile/greet, the room is spacious & exceptional clean. Location to pavilion was minutes walk.

I do not recommend self drive,the traffic was horrendous, my 3 mins drive took 45mins to reach, so near yet so far. Parking is always full for valet which cost Rm30, have to park open space opposite Rm12/full day which is very dangerous when wanting to cross over to lobby, traffic light too far away but useless as all vehicle just beat red light. Room service call from room is a fantasy world, when u request something they will say we will send, then good luck,u eat whole buffet until finish also ur request wont come even for a trash bag. My advise,every 5mins call.

It was exceptionally clean and spacious. Hotel is located near to Pavilion but at the same time not too noisy. Street food and 7/11 just a few mins walk away. Buffet was decent. Great deal!

TV channels were limited and we had problems with getting the all the channels available even after some help with the technician for both dorsett hotel and dorsett residence. Could not connect to HDMI for both rooms. Residence’s swimming pool did not have kids pool so we had to go to the hotel’s (building next to it) pool. Pool was clean but relatively small and simple.

wish they provide hand and face towels without we asking for the towels. more space for guests to walk out from the hotel since the road entrance is narrow and packed with vehicles parking and stopping in front the hotel entrance door.

The room was spotless and cleaned by the staff every day for the 4 nights I stayed. The breakfast spread was amazing the hotel covered most of the dishes in an international buffet and the food was really good. The location was in the middle of Bukit Bintang and very close to every shopping mall ( Pavilion, Berjaya Times Square Etc)

Nothing to complain it was just an early check-in that You have to keep in mind. If You land early and arrive early at the hotel You need to pay an extra half-day cost to the hotel but this depends on the availability as they mentioned.

i stayed jn the 2 bedroom apt, very good deal and the location is excellent, in the prime bukit bintang area and near pavilion

it wasnt too clean, used old sofa and chairs, a lot of tiny cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom when we first got jn

exceptional view of twin tower from room balcony - but depends on what room they gave you. Very good location and within walking distance to Malls, Bus and MRT

Though we had a good view of the twin towers from the pool , the security guys at the pool should be more discreet and you have the feeling of being watched all the times. Also no towel facility at the pool. At the Dorset apartment , we had to ask for face towels and very poor amenities - We had to ask for extra soap and toilet papers. Could also provide a kitchen towel though no sponge was provided for washing dishes. Rooms were done very late in the afternoon and was not possible to take an afternoon nap
