The room and the entrance lobby was newly renovated. The tiles in the bathroom were new and clean. Only the halls leading to the rooms give away the old state of the building which in our case didn't matter. Location is perfect just a few minutes walk to KL sentral (thru the NU sentral mall) where you can get LRT, monorail and MRT. The coffee they serve at the breakfast place is good. Breakfast itself is okay keeping in mind the price paid.

The bidet. It's the same as everywhere else in Malaysia. It's just like a hose. There are better and more convenient types of bidet if management wants to be ahead of competition. Other than that, nothing comes to mind.

the location! many restaurants are open 24 hours, there are also many mini markets. close to the Nu Sentral mall which is connected to the central station so it is very easy if you want to take public transportation. I took a deluxe room, cheap price for a large room size, clean and comfortable. I checked in at 2 am, the staff was still on duty and the check-in process was very fast. I always book this hotel when on holiday to Kuala Lumpur!

I always preferred to stay in this hotel every time I'm in Kuala Lumpur, I find a home in this hotel, and the staff was so proactive, friendly, and warm. They are the reason why I like this hotel. In terms of location, it is located in KL Sentral, a walking distance to the KL transportation hub, and attractions. The room is clean and in good space, quiet and secure. I recommend this hotel whenever you are in Kuala Lumpur.

Room and the toilet are bigger than in Shah Alam & Ipoh for the same price and standard.

The pillows are too soft due to use... hotel already 8 years old, have to change the pillows.

Room, is clean and convenient. Location, located in KL Sentral, the transportation hub, metro, and monorail are just a few minutes' walk and walking distance to all attractions.

Staff Mamun is a humble respectable person and a great asset for My Hotel KL Sentral. It is pretty rare to find a staff like Mamun who actually treat hotel guests with care and respect ... not as a job but out of sincerity and kind heart. I do hope that the top management of My Hotel KL Sentral is aware that staff Mamun is indeed a great asset of My Hotel KL Sentral as he multi tasking his duties from being a doorman to bellman as well as receptionist. * at one occasion when the receptionist on duty was missing .. staff Mamun volunteered to assist me to check in ( extend stay ). * at another occasion when the receptionist on duty was busy gossiping inside the office .. staff Mamun volunteered to assist me to reactivate my room key card. Mr. Mamun .. thank you very much. You deserved to be voted as the best employee of the month of My Hotel KL Sentral.
