Really want to thank you for all staff 🙏 Euro Life Hotel really friendly ,they name I want to mention: Eurolife hotel manager ,mam sharmin she is really very humble and kind ...The receptionists,Kumari and zahirul they really very supportive and do their work very quick and give me I super duper room that's room is 104 ...that room really beautiful , that room got newly painted for saw also very nice and positive vibes 👍 the toilet all very net clean ... nothing to said just I can said thank you for the house keeping ,and I want to mention their name also : Ali , Shaidul , Jakir , salluddin,masud to you all big thank you guys make the room very clean ..Great location ,The best stay ever ,The environment was pleasant and welcoming ,Both check in and check out were professionally handled and easy .I highly recommend this hotel for anyone,came to Euro Life Hotel really the service was exceptional .can bring your kids and family for holiday or stay at Euro Life Hotel near mall , restaurant and extra..I will came again and thank you for your great hospility.

The location of the hotel. It’s situated near Kl sentral/Nu sentral. Restaurant and convenient store are within walking distance. The front office personnel was super friendly. He addressed our inquiries in a prompt and polite manner.

The 5th floor walkway to our room was dark and it was hot.

Staff are great and super warmth welcome... Do Admire!

Sound of the door when locked seems a bit uncomfortable... And exchange rate for the room price is a bit high while I can not pay in advance in the app. (Seems pay via app is better than direct to the properties)

The staff was really patient and nice. Room was fairly good and worth to stay with the price from booking.com. Suggest to book early and ask for high level floor’s rooms.

The ground floor rooms are not good to stay as it is near with the reception, it’s really noisy from the guests and people.

Should be no charges for late checkout up to 3pm. Please provide facilities for payment via credit/debit cards, ewallet, QR code, etc. You only accept cash which is not so convenient.

Im regular customer here .. this hotel very nice with the staff and Facilities .. every month i come to kuala lumpur i always book this hotel because the Staff very kind and the room very clean and comfort with fully facilities ..

I like the location itself. Near to the convience stores, the mamak bistro and the transportation. And the hotel clean and smell nice. The staffs also nice to me and give me a big smile when I going out for walking around the city.

I stay for two nights. But there is no housekeeping for my room. Maybe, I forgot the mention at the reception.

Great location, close to main railway station, and surrounded by good places to eat. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, and we were provided with basic toiletries and bottled water.

Although bedding had clearly been laundered there were a couple of residual blood stains on duvet cover.
