Super convenient location, next to Nu Sentral Mall which has many floors including top floors with restaurants, and next to the KL Sentral train station which includes the KLIA Express stop from KUL airport (30 minutes non-stop one-way ride for RM 55). Nu Sentral Mall also has ground floor restaurants facing the street, across the street from this hotel. There are numerous other local restaurants in the neighborhood which are very active during lunch time as this is a very busy area for office workers. This hotel also has an attached restaurant. Lots of shopping at the Nu Sentral Mall which is air conditioned. There is a bus stop nearby which lets you catch buses to all areas of the city (use Google Maps for bus numbers), but you will need to buy and top up a RapidKL bus card first; otherwise use Grab (Uber) for taxis which many people do. Budget hotel at a competitive price. The shower worked fine, the mattress was firm, and the room was a decent size. I found this hotel to be a very good place for connections to and from the KUL airport (KLIA Express).

Traffic jam in elevator near check out time (only one elevator) but this happens at other hotels too.

Friendly staff, clean room, proximity to lots of places such as Monorail Station, LRT line, shopping mall, train station ETS, few stops from Petronas Twin Tower and all other attractions As a Muslim, I love how they provide the slipper for wuduk and sejadah. It's a simple extra that is great. Food wise, the hotel is surrounded by lots of restaurants (Mamak attached to the hotel, some brand restaurants in the shopping mall which is just in front of the hotel. If you have heavy bags once you arrive at KL Sentral from the airport or ETS, the hotel has the advantage to be located just in front of the elevator and escalator from the bridge crossing the road from KL Sentral.

For the price, for sure the location is not luxurious but perhaps some actions on cleanliness in front of the hotel can be considered. Nevertheless, inside this small hotel, it's totally clean.

There are many things to like: Fabulous location opposite KL Sentral Station and Mall, clean rooms and serviced daily, excellent reliable, strong wifi. Helpful, friendly staff. Very good value for money. Lots of Indian food surrounding hotel

Hotel location good..... Just in front of NU Sentral. All the main transportation options available in front. Room was small but comfortable.

Lift was always "full load" and slow. Small hotel, small lift.

Location is very convenient, everything you need is nearby: train station, MRT, shopping mall, supermarket, botanical garden. Very easy to explore the city and go to the airport from there. Staff is very friendly Good Wi-Fi

The breakfast is too poor

Room was bigger than I expected as I've stayed at several budget hotels in the same area and they were smaller. And I know most hotels here claim to be central to KL Sentral, but this hotel is literally at the escalator to KL Sentral station

The hotel was situated right next to KL Sentral Monorail, and the train announcements could be heard throughout the day, until the last train service. It starts again early the next morning. Perhaps request for a room that's not facing the station if you're a light sleeper. Personally I was ok as it doesn't affect me.

The one best thing we like about was the location. Very strategically located with easy access to the lift and escalator to Nu Sentral and LRT monorail. Also there's a 7-Eleven nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast. The room is clean and nice. You can get water refills at the 5th floor. There's a nice resting place, as well as a mini gym at 5th floor.

Our room was kind of small for a triple sharing. Air-conditioner really need servicing. We can only feel the coolness after 1am in the morning. No chair in the room since it is a small room. You need to request hair dryer at the counter if you need one.

Location - so close the to the main station, practically 5 minutes from getting off the intercity train to entering the hotel. Location - loads of eateries around Room was spacious.

The hotel charged me for foreign tourist tax despite the fact that I am Malaysian and by law it was illegal to charge me the tax. The excuse given was because Booking.com officially instructed them to collect the tax. This illegal collection of the tax is therefore also on Booking.com to answer. After the further complaint, the receptionist paid me back the money. If you need catch a very early morning train (in my case 5 AM), it is not that easy to get to the station. The official path via escalator and through a shopping mall (NU Sentral) is still closed at this time.

The location of this hotel is easy access to public transportation. Staff are so friendly & we having good time while staying here.

The sound of vehicle at the road & 7 eleven bell rang were disturbing.

Very clean, replenished water/coffee daily. Toothbrush is provided (seems to be important for some Asian travellers). Had a small gym on 5th floor. Spacious rooftop accessible. Small rooms but great property for a short stay. Centrally located next to KL Sentral Station (Bricksfield/Little India). Big shopping mall opposite the hotel. We had to leave early to get to the airport so it was very convenient. Small breakfast is a choice of 6 set menus.

For light sleepers it might be bothersome as you can hear the announcements from the train station. But they start at around 5.30hrs until midnight I think so not too bad. Maybe rooms on other sides are quieter.
