well, for two days one night, its a good bargain. Its located very near to KL sentral so you wont have to leave extra early to catch the trains but ask properly for the location since its different from the double M hotel, i got confused last time so yah...Its connected to NU sentral also, so again, you wont be starving here lah XD...the room is nice, i only use it to sleep at night and for prayers, oh they even provide the kiblat direction, so its very convenient..

the comforter got like a bit of stain, im not sure if its blood or what but i brought my own disposable sheet, so all good. I wish they got a microwave tho to heat things up at night. oh my bathroom mirror's light not working, the one on the mirror not the bathroom light, but it doesnt affect me that much...

very good location, service always on site and helpful. the room was extremely small, but it didn't bother us at all, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, we had a set of towels and washing liquids replaced for two nights, great service. One small detail resulted from the payment of the tourism fee, which was included in the booking invoice (MYR 20). The gentleman confirmed that we did not have to pay it, so everything was fine, I recommend it

Very close to KL central station. The staff is very nice. Because I left in a hurry, I forgot to take the deposit. It's been 15 days, so I decided to give it a try to see if I could get my deposit back. I explained the situation to them, and after they verified it the next day, they actually refunded the deposit. I think they are very honest. It was a very wonderful experience.

The room is small but very comfortable. Suitable for solo travelers. The staff are friendly and always available to assist you. Hotel were near KL sentral, you can get food at nearby restaurant or even do laundry at across the street.

The room are not sound proof, easily to hear anyone walk in the aisle. Shampoo and shower gel are too limited. Hopefully they'll provide more than just a bottle of each.

Love everything about. Located about 250 meters from Nu Sentral and KL Sentral with lots of eateries, 24 hours convenient stores, self service laundry etc. The rooms are clean with high speed internet. It is the perfect place for me to stay on a business trip to KL. Totally love it.

Location - just a walk away from Nu Central. Easy access to food. Self service laundry just in opposite building. Price is affordable. Clean room.

Don't know why the bed sheet make my body itch and because of that i can't sleep well. please bring any antibacterial spray if you have sensitive skin like me.

real value for money...check in process was smooth,bed was very comfortable,aircon was great,water heater and water pressure was good

tv reception was not good.and for beverages try to have tea bags as well in the room.only coffee packs was available.

Service hospitality

I’m shocking when i back to my room it is clean. Before doing house keeping please asking first. If our stuff missing who want to responsible. But it’s ok because nothing happend.

Location near to railway station

Staff was not trained, at first they charge me 30 MR extra as commission, when I asked for receipt then receptionist called the senior and senior guide the receptionist that there is no commission charged to customer

Location of the hotel is good ...but service was slow but overall so far so good.

I don,t like their service because they won,t came to clean your room untill you say even after a day.
