i've been returning to st regis for many times, that shows that i've a good experience with them. i love the suite, beautiful look and feel, the butler service has been very responsive.

during this last stay, i found the service level by front desk seems not that warm, attentive as before. not sure why, some miscommunication happened too regarding my request so that didn't gave me a good impression about the team, i was not happy during the stay (however they did provide me with late checkout) as apologies gesture. but still i think the service level should be maintain. i am frequent stayer for 5 stars hotel, it seems i am not returning to st regis for quite a while now. maybe i was expecting too much. food wise still so-so, definitely need improvement.

property is nice the room is nice n spacious

the services are abit off. especially the housekeeping staff.. ask me how to close the in room dining table. and the bath tub is not clean.

The room was huge. We had 2 queen beds, a small living area and still it was spacious enough for an extra single bed without being cramped. The extra bed was super comfortable and worth the prize. It came with an extra breakfast. The free flow coffee (all kinds) and tea was a plus for the guys that were having a football night. Complimentary pressing was also a plus. They took some time pressing my dress and send me a dessert plater with an appology card for the delay. It was not necessary but that was very sweet of them. Breakfast was a joy. Nice spread of food from Asian to Continental. St Regis breakfast all over the world, never disappoint! Special shout out for one of the waiters Daniel (I think that was his name. A gentleman from Kelantan) that was so kind, attentive and pro active. Staff like him puts a hotel on another level than the others. Keep it up!

There is no lounge to go for a late night drink. We were hoping to sit, relax and listen to some music since the hotel is quite far from everything. Not a deal breaker but would be a huge plus.

I like the personal butler service and complimentary drinks that you can order. The staff there are all very friendly and service oriented. The valet parking was also very good. Overall I'm impressed with the quality of service and I will definitely come back again.

I didn't quite like breakfast...I think the food wise was not really fantastic considering it's a high class hotel. They could have improved the cooking. The breakfast sausage was dry. The nasi lemak rice could have been more lemak taste and fragrant.

Even though the breakfast variety was limited, it was delicious. Room service and staff was real nice.

Breakfast need more variety for the room rates charged. The rooms should have the option of creamer rather than having fresh milk. Staff at the breakfast area needs more training in courtesy when dealing with tourists who cannot speak better English or the local language.

one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed at- huge bath tub with Tv and bath salts to sulk up. the concierge, butler service is excellent - perfect for work and conferences! I forgot my passport and they brought it to the central station - the service is exceptional!

the location isn’t great for walking around/ shopping but it’s it’s a short 5 mins walk to central station

Ambience worth the penny.Friendly and helpful staffs.

Room was not maintained well maintainence Team.Had the bath sliding door which was hanging back and forth when used to close the bath.Had to be called 2 times two get it fixed.Wash basin sink strainer wasn't working.However things were fixed promptly.Room was dusty ,not sure it it was from the carpets or from the Air conditioning filters.

The room size, decor and amenities were all excellent. The breakfast was amazing and the espresso coffee was great. Service was attentive and very comfortable.

The layout of the hotel was confusing to navigate. It was difficult to find the restaurant and in using the business centre the signage wasn't clear to return to the lobby or guest rooms.

Ambience. Dining. Spacious room. Auto toilet. Drawing Room - Afternoon tea fantastic but need reservation esp during weekends. Crystal - Lamb rendang is fantastic and the staff are very friendly and casual 👍. Astor Bar - classic ambience. But my mistake to order asam boi cocktail cos it's spicy with cili padi.

Location and snacks in room should be complimentary since everything already so good. The hotel located far from any convenience store.

I book a room that accomodate 4 people, but shouldnt the hotel prepare the facilities for 4 people also? Like towels, toiletries etc.
