I have stayed at this hotel regularly since 2015, usually for long periods of time eg. 19 nights in 2022 and a total of 15 nights (2 nights then 4 nights then 9 nights) on this stay. I like the hotel's central location, the helpfulness of the staff and the facilities that are offered. It is right next to e KL Sentral Station from which trains, buses and taxis go, and there is a large shopping centre (NuSentral) next door. I had an issue with my room allocation on the third part of my stay this year which was quickly resolved when I wrote to the manager. The hotel also offers a very comprehensive breakfast.

Food prices in the restaurants are extortionate as is the cost of getting laundry done - this is not unique to this hotel though. The hotel is also not very good at acknowledging regular guests. As I said earlier, I have stayed at this hotel many times since 2016 and yet I am never welcomed back as a returning guest! I stayed there for three separate periods this year and yet was 'just another guest' when I returned each time. It would be nice to be acknowledged when returning, a characteristic of great hotels all over the world.

The breakfast was outstanding, a large and varied selection kept well topped up. The location (for me) was excellent, close to the KLIA Ekspress and monorail. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the rooftop pool area was very welcome after a day out.

There was just something a bit missing. The hotel is modern and fairly trendy, but at the cost of any soul or character. My room was upgraded, and was comfortable and pleasant (the bed was the biggest I've ever seen), but still a bit utilitarian rather than luxurious. But maybe that's the intention. Still good value overall, I think.

The location of the hotel is great advantage., walking distance from Central station. If you plan business trip or sightseeing this hotel is highly recommended due to location. The room was really spacious and comfortable. The selection for breakfast was really great.

The need to use credit card for guarantee of payment and deposit in hotel. The staff does not accept payment card for guarantee which does not make any sense in my opinion. This should be customer choice if for guarantee use credit or debit card as this may have difference in settlement with bank. From hotel perspective this should not have any difference as money for guarantee are blocked for final payment. Hopefully final payment was made by debit card. So you need credit card to stay in this hotel.

Clean large room. Excellent breakfast

Hotel sits above and adjacent to a very busy railway station/ shopping mall.. Whilst the hotel is signposted, it was not easy to find the entrance. Check in counter was unusual, located by lift access which was not easy to find in the crowds.

Brilliant location, connecting station to other train lines + airport railway making it convenient to commute! Also connected to Nu Sentral (mall) that has EVERYTHING under one roof. Room oversees KL skyline too. Wide variety of cuisines for breakfast spread. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay! (This was a repeat stay too, after a great first experience previously hehehe!)

Lighting in room can get pretty dim. Perhaps room could be better lit. Can room windows also be made non-visible to others? We were unsure if people in the opposite building could see us if we rolled up the blinds so we kept it down despite the nice skyline we badly wanted to see & to brighten up the room more!

The location is perfection!!! It is just next to the train/mentro station (direct transition to the airport). The hop on/off bus stop is in a walking distance (18 and 19). There's a shopping mall at the stone's throw, too. We loved it! The room was cosy, clean and spacious with a nice view. Maybe we were lucky, but it was soo quiet there. Breakfast was great. There was a variety of options and such friendly staff, not only in the restaurant, but everywhere around the hotel. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Everything was amazing.

This is a perfect hotel if you need to use the train/KlIA the next morning. The Nu mall next door has some good shops/restaurants. Opposite Costa Coffee in the mall there is an alleyway which gives direct acces to the first floor of the hotel. For KLIA just cross the road outside the hotel. The rooms are big and practical without any character.

It was all fine, maybe we expected to much. We found it all a bit "factory like".

My second time staying in Aloft and it really didn't disappoint. Fantastic location, with a link bridge connecting to Nu Sentral (shopping mall) and KL Sentral station (Note that the link bridge closes at 10pm, and you would have to walk through the main entrance through street level after that). The room was comfortable and large enough for 2 people - my room had a great view of the city, which was a plus.

Check-in process took a little longer than expected, especially during peak times. Also, the breakfast was average - would be better off just heading to nearby eateries for better and more affordable options.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Aloft Kl Sentral & we would like to give CREDIT to the hotel management! My family especially my teenage girls really enjoyed our 3 nights stay!! Everything was PERFECT!! No Complain! Upon checking in..the staff in charge, Miss Kartini told us that our room was not ready but she was able to provide us with a 'temporary room' just next to our actual room & even gave us 1 day COMPLIMENTARY breakfast! Staff were very efficient in accomodating to our needs..The room we booked BREEZY SUITE was TOP NOTCH!! Located on the corner unit of 28 th floor with AMAZING VIEW!! Room were Very Spacious..Clean & Comfortable! Bed & pillows were very comfy & we really had Good Sleep for all the 3 nights! Food for In Room Dining was very tasty & met our expectations! We will DEFINITELY choose Aloft Kl Sentral for our future accommodation in Kl! Thank you for making our stay the BEST YR END VACATION EVER!!👍👏👍👏

Location was superb; public transportation was easily accessible. Even when we drove out to other locations, traffic was not that bad. Breakfast choices were great. Room with 2 queen beds was great too; room size was big and could fit my family of 5. Will definitely return to Aloft whenever we are in KL.

Bathroom was a little dirty, mildew on tiles. But overall satisfied with the toilet - small matter. Just a suggestion to keep the shampoo and body wash bottles full - there was no shampoo left when we were there. Thought that the shampoo would be refilled, but it was not. But again, this was a small matter.
