The location of course!!! This is my 8th stay with this hotel. I've been staying in this hotel since 2015! Value for money, great location, safe surrounding, near to shopping mall, places to eat and basic needs like convenience stores, coin laundry, street food, street spa (really useful and needed after a long day of shopping and sight seeing) and most importantly this hotel is located very near to KL Sentral, your one stop travelling stations - ETS, ERL, Monorel, LRT, intercity trains etc...

the bathroom door...i think we need 2 separate doors for the shower and the toilet.. 😬

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious apartment. Swimming pool was huge with amazing view. Initially i had issues with wifi but was resolved immediately. Easy to communicate with owner.

No proper signboard of the entrance where the driver should drop off. When I arrive the apartment was clean but not 100%. I saw some hairs on the floor. Could add more trash bins and clothelines to dry wet clothes from pool. Check-in is late but check-out is early.. bec my flight is at night had to pay extra every hour for late check-out.

Strategic Location to go anywhere. It’s Near Nu Sentral, easy to catch train on time. Walking distance about 5 minutes. Near commuter, monorail & lrt. Easy to find food because there’s a lot of kedai mamak. Near 7e, kk mart, speed mart & if you forget to bring your fon charger, you can buy it at the electronics shop in front of the hotel. A lot of other budget hotel nearby.

Toilet Paip Licking & toilet bowl lid need to be changed because it’s looks old already. The breakfast menu, it’s the same menu everyday & the taste also not so good.🙁 I stay for 5 days 4 night. My last night quite creepy. I already put sign “Do not disturb at the door”. While I was in the toilet, I heard someone trying to enter my room without using hotel card. If you using a wrong number of hotel card, the alarm will sound. But this guy didn’t using it. I saw the door handle moving, that’s mean yup, someone are trying to enter my room. it’s happened about 5 minutes & then I heard he walked away. Security staff need to patrol regularly to every floor to ensure customer safety.

These folks really try hard to make guests feel welcome. The present front desk staff are very accommodating and helpful. Location is excellent.

As it's an older hotel, you may see a tiny cockroach or two during your stay, but if I can deal with it so can you. :D I've seen much worse bug problems at other hotels in the area. Just try to do your part by not leaving food open around your room or dropping crumbs around. I usually store my 'snacks' in the mini fridge. Otherwise the rooms and bedding are clean and well-maintained.

Close to monorel station and KL Sentral station, Close to malls, Close to Halal restaurants, Room is clean, Staff is friendly even when I told them I lost the key card, Room is nice, Great service, 24/7 security Great window view,

No hot water shower, only hot water at sink, Rm5 per entry for parking which is quite expensive if you travel using cars in and out, But it's flat rate so basically it's kinda cheap for those that stay in the hotel.

The 5 minutes walking distance to KL Sentral is everything because I can get to anywhere by foot. NU Sentral is 5 minutes walking from the hotel. Lots of restaurants & shops around. One could practically live there. Lovely receptionist, very friendly.

There's an obviously large crusty food stain 'sprayed' on the wall around 6-7 feet high beside the table & mirror. Looked like the guest before me had a lil food accident but didn't get cleaned up. Towels smells very funny, chemically wise. Almost like chlorine but more pungent. Makeup stains on pillow cases. Unsure if it's non removable stain or if they're not washed. Didn't bother to take photos as I'm only staying for the night. But i was at room 1317 for reference. I forgot to complain because the staffs were very nice to me

Location - it located walking distance to the KLSentral. There is a money exchanger, 7eleven stores and dinners available very close by. Cleaning staff - they clean your room everyday even without you asking. And they do a great job Water pressure - it had a good water pressure and having a bath in the shower was a great relaxation

Very old hotel - hotel is in its last stage i guess. Room condition - very old worn out rooms. Everything is already broken in bathroom Breakfast - it was the same breakfast over and over again mostly. Doesnt taste that good

I was having some problem while booking since i have put a wrong check in and check out date. Call Booking.com but it's not help me at all....msg the property thru the link given but no answer at all. But i decided to go to the property and the counter staff named En.Hashim very helpful. I managed to change my check in and check out date.One thing that i realised, that this property only have one counter staff to handle check in and check out and also calls...Pity him. BTW...Thank you very much...En.Hashim. Booking.com really make me confuse of changing my date. Called them and followed what they instructed thru voice mail but the voice keep repeating the same thing over and over again. Sorry

Good locations. Very convenience to travel around KL as the Monorail line just few steps away, huge shopping mall and KL Sentral LRT, Komuter , KL Transit just walking distance. So many restaurants around the area and 24 hour Indian halal restaurant just opposite the hotel. Everything u needs can find from number of minimarts and 7 eleven nearby. Very good location to stay in KL.

Good prices for those on a budget, because it's acceptably above average clean all around the corridors and rooms toilets as well. Transportation made even simpler ample amounts of choices at KL Sentral station. Food is also easy to get with several cuisines to choose from. You'd want to look into this hotel if seeking for one in the area.
