15th floor view was great. Loved the breakfast buffet. The food was amazing and it was nice to enjoy Sri Lankan food while on holiday. The pool was great. The room service was good. We really appreciated having water bottles provided everyday given the hot weather in Malaysia. The staff were all friendly and nice. The location was perfect because we could walk to a lot of locations easily like Lot 10, Pavillion, KL Tower, Hawker markets etc.

We ordered food from Nawab Restaurant once because the information was provided in the hotel room but the food wasn't good. The sink and shower drains were quite blocked when we got the room so we had to request for staff to clean it but after they cleaned it, it worked fine.

The location is good. The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained.

The staff in the restaurant were very helpful. Breakfast had a good range of different foods.

The lack of having hot showers was very disappointing. the water didn’t ever stay hot enough to have a nice shower.

The location of the hotel was excellent. Right across the street is a fantastic vegan Japanese restaurant called Supe. Room was clean, has a coffee machine. The restaurant on the ground floor (Blue Apron) had great vegetarian burgers on their menu.

A little disappointed with the hot shower—the hot water only lasted for the first minute, then started turning cooler. Breakfast provided by Blue Apron (the restaurant on the ground floor) was disappointing. The fruits served were unripe. The rest of the breakfast spread was not vegetarian/vegan-friendly.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel had a Starbucks self-service coffee maker downstairs which I liked. It was total value for money, and walking distance from all the malls, such as Lot 10 and Pavilion, although we couldn't walk there much since it was raining the whole time. It rains a lot during Christmas time, so always carry a rain coat and umbrella!

I didn't like that early check in and late check out was unavailable, since we were travelling with a young child. Even so, the hotel did end up providing a relatively earlier check in for us, which was nice.

The gentleman who cleaned our room was very attentive, kind, and made sure our stay was fantastic. The breakfast was scrumptious, and the breakfast servers are delightful. They are constantly smiling, interactive, and they made us feel really welcomed. Can’t say the same for the front staff on the other hand. Even though they were not bad, we expected a higher caliber of service at the Ramada.

The location was good, but not great. We could definitely be closer to any of the big towers and the front area could be cleaner. We asked for a late check out and was only allocated an extra 30 minutes. We are very thankful to have received that but it made our trip with our one year old a little bit more tricky.

the breakfast are limited. noting much. more on indian food. You can order food from Grab. very convenient location. Love the Nasi Kandar behind the hotel. And Warung Nasi Lemak opposite the hotel. Room is good. Love the facilities - nice pool. has laundry area too near the pool (Washing Machine RM 10 & Dryer RM 5). Kids swim while im doing my laundry. i dont need to bring home dirty laundry. Staff are friendly. Helpful securities. Location is ok. we will return for sure.

I loved the entire experience from the hotel, staff n location. Friendly n helpful.. located near many eateries n bar n massage joints.. room was excellent.. clean n well maintained.. very accommodating n kept up with their standards.. Staff at Front desk was extremely helpful.. Ayu, kairhul n another gentleman..

Only setback was no room service after midnight till 10am.. no restaurant within the hotel as it s under upgrading.. otherwise all was so good..

Breakfast many items were finished and not refilled, beans and bacon were not kept hot enough

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and luxury of this hotel despite the very low price. I didn't find any flaws, except maybe, however being very picky me, that there was no hair dryer and the room was not very insulated (you could hear the noise from the street food until late at night). In any case, I still slept very well. Other than that, everything was really perfect and beyond our expectations. I loved the rooftop pool! A fairy tale. If I return to Kuala Lumpur one day, I will definitely choose this hotel again.
