Easy access & central to shopping sites. The staff at Reception are all very friendly but they do need some serious training to properly understand customer needs that are not the most common or basic ones. They could also continue to improve their EN if the hotel wants to continue targeting European or international clientele. Puan Nora is quite helpful at explaining things when I don’t understand what the staff are saying to me.

Too garish … the whole area is quite rundown, too many businesses squeezed together, bldgs not properly kept, not a pretty attractive part of town to be in … I had to ask for a safe deposit box which is usually something to be taken for granted. The hotel should have given me a mini-fridge as I was there for 12 days, in fact a microwave would have been nice too … the TV could have a few more channels to choose from like BBC/CNN.

Perfect location for people coming in for sightseeing, and walking around. The street where the hotel was located at was filled with fancy restaurants. Just a few minutes walk to get to the heart of Bukit Bintang. A cute little coffee shop can be found in the lobby area to get a coffee fix. Room was not that spacious, but there's a cozy sitting area in the middle of the hotel if you ever feel a little claustrophobic in your room. Pictures and information provided in the hotel description was accurate. Hotel staff was very helpful. Umbrella was provided by the hotel incase rain hits.

Room was clean, but some furniture (like the side tables) were sticky. We appreciate that the room was provided with a TV but with only 4 channels available, and none of the channels were functioning properly. The only channel that was viewable was a mandarin speaking channel, the few other channels were in black and white. Simply said that the TV's main purpose was only as white noise and not for entertainment. Unsure of the purpose of the shelving under the bathroom sink, but the pipe under the sink leaked of water, showing molds on the corners of the shelves due to the constant dampness.

Outstanding! This marks our second visit to this hotel, and it has quickly become our top choice in KL. Situated conveniently near the nightlife and main shopping districts, it offers a perfect blend of accessibility and comfort. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the rooms consistently maintain a high level of cleanliness. For couples seeking a child-free environment, this is undoubtedly the ultimate destination for a memorable stay.

I would suggest enhancing the cleanliness of the toilets and installing brighter lights for improved visibility.

Superb friendly staff and explained everything in detail. From room charges, to vaping, penalty charges and tourist deposits. The staff were also young and quick to answer my queries when i was not sure. Location is close to clubs and bars. 10 mins walk to Lot10 and Sungei Wang Plaza. Maybe about 15 mins to bejaya times square. The Rabbit Hole Cafe is just 5mins away. Definitely worth checking out!!! Turkish, and Iranian Foods there are a must try.

There wasnt any toothbrush kit although there was a shower cap and sanitary bag for my spouse. There also wasnt any safe in the hotel room too. The bathroom was wonderful, though the boiler seemed to suddenly get hotter and colder at times.

Everything was great: the staff is super friendly, they provided me with a hair-dryer, a safe and an iron, all for free; the location is perfect (lots of restos and bars, the biggest mall, the evening street market, safe and nice); the design is pretty, the area and the room are perfectly clean! Though the window is tiny (which is typical for Asian hotels), the room is not dark at all.

The visitor in the next room was noisy in the middle of the night and would keep banging the door.

Check in was easy and the location was great, the room was nice and a good size with a nice bathroom too. The location was great, right next to a bustling street and a busy food market and it was still quiet in the room!

The rooms were not dirty but they could have been a little cleaner, for example some dust and marks could have been cleaned off, however definitely no complaints for the price!

Love that they have a lift. The room we got had a window (free upgrade from Booking ♥️) and it was so much more comfortable than the room I had last time (without a window). Love that they had an iron AND a hairdryer ready.

The air con could be fixed though. It wasn't really cold at all, at 16 degrees even. And it turned off on us suddenly at 5am, realised that it had a timer on (probaby from previous customers). Also, would be nice if they provided toothbrush and paste.

Within vicinity of attraction places and walking distance(Lot 10, Menara KL, Bukit Bintang, Pavilion,etc), near Monorail. Many nearby food choice. Value for money. Clean and comfort room. Windowless room, not loud environment as I can sleep comfortably.

No laundry facility. White noice from Ventilation fan shaft behind the building can be bothersome to some people. Dust at the bathroom vent, some furniture deteriorate a little, overall its acceptable.

the location of the hotel was excellent it is in the middle of Bukit bintang and on the street there are some of the best cafes and small restaurants that are highly rated in Tripadvisor. easy to get around KL from the location. the hotel felt safe and had a welcoming lobby. nobody could get into your floor unless they had a key card to operate the lift so we felt pleased with that. Staff were friendly and helpful. the room was a good size and had a large window. Toiletries provided, hot shower, Wi-Fi was ok around 7-10mbs. aircon worked well, bed was comfortable free drinking water provided giving hot or ice cold water.

the room felt a little bit tired and could do with a good spruce up and deep clean. it was clean but could have been better particularly the bathroom area.

A great option close to Jalan Alor (food street) and easy walking distance to trains and huge shopping malls. Brilliant helpful and friendly reception staff. Comfortable clean rooms and really good bars and restaurants within 100 metres. The best of them I can't remember the name but if you look for the "please wait to be seated" sign, you've found it. The next time I'm in KL I'll be back at this hotel.....
