As a solo female traveler i fell safe and comfortable here. Staff are polite, nice and respectful, most especially Sajib. They upgraded me in bigger room. The bed are comfortable and clean sheets. They provide toiletries (shower gel and tissue). Strong shower and warm. Have a water bottle everytime they clean my room. Have a kettle and mug. Aircon works, closet and cable tv to watch some english movies. The room is clean. Very convenient if you want to party at bukit bintang just walking distance. And surprisingly rooms are soundproof, heavy doors you can sleep well. Highly recommend it. They also have elevator if you have luggage. Thank you for nice service and keep it up.

The location was excellent and the room was quiet, good for sleeping. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The aircon worked well although it was very noisy. The TV worked well. There were enough electrical outlets and good WiFi.

Since there is no window, it would be nice to have better lighting. The room was too dark. The aircon was very noisy. And I didn't like how they added a 10% service charge over and above the room fee that was shown on booking.com. If you read the fine print you will see this, but it still caught me by surprise. There was also a RM 50 key deposit.

Locations is very near to the Bukit Bintang. Although have to round 2-3 times for a parking but that is not property’s fault. The rooms were super duper. The staff so friendly. Should the management of VIVIDS HOTEL give bonus to their staff especially that guy I forgot his name. Eventhough theres a couple yelled at him (which idk for what reason) he still keep calm and do his work excellently.

Don’t think of much. Everything was perfect.

Just One i Don't like house keping not everyday clean the room no nice,i'll tell to the person he angry me say not everyday clean because u check in 2@3 nite, LoL

I like the staff, they were very nice and they helped me whenever I ask them. Specially the guy of the Reception Sajib. I suggest anyone to stay there if he's looking for a place close to the city center.

It is a very nice hotel. The shower is modern and the bed is very comfy. They also provided large towels, waterbottles, and a toothbrush with toothpaste

Clean, room is spacious, staff is so helpful. Thank you to sajib, nadim and Shawn...friendly staffs.

Must put more hangers in the closet.

There's lift inside the hotel, big mirror, big bed, big wardrobe.

The location was near the mrt, but I didn't expect the uphill road. No iron inside the room, need to ask the reception. It be better if there's electric kettle inside, had to go down to get water.

Maybe next time your hotel will provide a sachet of coffee or tea and kettle also maybe otherwise all ok
