good and clean

Great location, 15 mins walk to Suria KLCC, 10mins to EcoForest, 40mins to Botanic gardens. Clean studio space with good facilities - microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, aircon, balcony.

Obtaining and leaving keys was a little cumbersome with some waiting but sorted within 30mins. Room suggestion - bottle of water on arrival would have been nice.

Staff are super responsive and helpful - quick to fix any issues with lightbulbs or to help with questions. Provided airport pickup van (6ppl) for RM200 total. Beds are memory foam (I think) and the comfiest beds we've had across SEA so far. Convenient marts directly on the ground floor of the building.

Swiping key card in and out can be a bit tiresome for a big group as there's only 3 keys so you must either rush 2-3 at each swipe or pass the keycard back and forth. Not a lot of food options nearby so taking taxi places there's always traffic.

The property near klcc . can view klcc via master bedroom . All the bed is very comfortable .

swimming pool rules are strict to hijabist people .

The keycards to get into the building are very unreliable, it can be a bit frustrating to get in sometimes. There is also only one toilet for the dormitory to share which isn’t too bad but can be a problem if the local food upset your stomach and someone is taking a long time in there

Room: Clean, well furnished, comfortable. With 2 double beds, TV, little kitchen (electric stove, kettle, plate, cutlery...), small dining area, sofa + small coffee table, wardrobe, mirror, clothes hangers, hanging clothes rack at balcony... All the things is well prepared. Location: In KL city center, convenient to go KLCC... Very near to RapidKL station - Bukit Nanas (in walking distance abt 5mins) Downstairs with myNews, small grocery store, restaurant, hair saloon and medicure shop too. Staff: He is very friendly and fast response. Electric stove in my room unable to use and he solved the issue immediately after I contacted him.

There is a strong fragrance (kind like softener fragrance) in the room.

The location is very good, near to downtown and the train station. Also, there's grocery store in the same building as well as a cafe. The staff were super friendly and very helpful to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I like that the building is accessible to only those who live in it.

There was no toilet amenity kit. Also, no napkins in the unit only toilet tissue was provided. However, it is manageable

We stayed in this apartment building twice in two separate one bedroom apartments. Both apartments were lovely and clean. Check in and out went smoothly and communication with the manager was quick. The pool and gym area were great. This apartment is a ten minute walk to the Petronas Towers.

The kitchen ware provided could be improved upon. Very basic (example: only one cup for 2 people). There is enough to get by for very basic cooking. Provision of cooking basics such as oil and salt would also be welcome.

It was perfect stay in KL: the MRT station is nearby, Petronas tower is only 15 minutes for walk, parks, marts and cafe are right here. A room is spacious and suitable for our family

There is a mosque nearby, so you will hear a muezzin song early in the morning.

The operator, Mr Ridwan, was so nice and kind when assisting me during check in & check out. The house got everything we need. Very clean and spacious. The beds and pillows are comfy enough. Air-conditioning provided in every room and living room as well. The view from balcony was great! There's a grocery store, mynews, and cafe at the lobby. Located near to klcc and other attraction places.

1. There's some stain inside the comforter under it's cover. 2. The rules quite strict but it's good for everyone. 3. Would be better if the owner can provide free 1 parking space for homestay guest (1 car) during the stay
