We got the connecting rooms that we requested during booking process. We could directly saw the pools from our room locations, therefore we had a wonderful experience. All the staffs are polite and accommodating to us. They even offered us free drink coupons as we need to wait longer for our room to be ready.

Long check-in process, we had to wait almost 2 hours for our room to be ready. Of course, we understood that it was school holiday period, therefore it was exceptionally crowded that day and tight overturn schedule for the room to be cleaned. Our main aim to stay there were the pools. It would be nice if the check-in staff can inform us in advanced that although we have yet to get our room, we can access the pool first while waiting for our room to be ready. It was not the case for us during that day :(

The super friendly staff and the mini theme park pool is definitely the main reason people keep coming to this hotel. The staff from front office, f&b and pool staff was sincere and dedicated to their work. The registration was smooth and front office staff was very accommodating. The breakfast spread was quite nice with varieties of international and locals.

Additional safety elements are needed surrounding the pool, especially because the floor is a bit slippery. Please place anti-slip mats around the area. A couple incidents included children tripping by the edge of the pool. To avoid a hard landing into shallow water, the children's slide has to have a padded mat placed at the end of the slide tunnel.

(1) The pool and play area is huge and very inviting. (2) The breakfast was upto expectation for a 5 Star Hotel. (3) It is very family oriented. (4) The staff were extremely polite and engaging,

(1) The pool and play area are very family friendly; but, we observed that more than half the crowd were not hotel guests and that explains why its so crowded all the time! Expected a 5 star hotel to be more exclusive for the rates you are charging and more stringent on the entry of public who are not hotel guests. (2) The pool toilets were dirty and not maintained properly. There wasnt any hand soap and tissue in the toilet and, only 2 very dirty toilets for such a big crowd. (3) The bar fridge in our room were well stocked. However, our in laws who booked the suite were surprised that their bar fridge werent stocked at all! For our next trip we are considering other 5 star properties instead!

Omg !! This hotel was damn amazing, the staff was very friendly they celebrate my wife birthday surprise at 12am midnight.. really amazing staff . The hotel was so good I can 100% recommend this. TQ to all the staffs over there . Was stay there 3days 2night.. sure we will come back again .

Breakfast was great and delicious.. coffee is free flow..

Mattress and pillow need to change the new one. Not confortable at all.. my backache so pain..

late night around 4am have many motorists is racing very noise and annoying but this not under hotel can control .

The mini waterpark and playground within the hotel was awesome! The kids had so much fun and the attentive staffs!
