all good with booking, in and out processing. The apartment was very nice. WIFI relyable and fast. Overall was a very good place to stay. Big enough, great view, nice swimming pool.

Some room for improvement and making the stay just perfect: 1. To have some more cups, chairs (there was a set for 2 pax and we were 3). 2. One lamp in the entrance bathroom was not working (just needs replacement) 3. Would be nice to have 2 towls per person (bath and face) instead of just one. 4. Room near entrance felt the need for a bed lamp

I was a little worried about the setup (many companies operate apartments out of this building so the lobby is a bit chaotic) but the staff is so kind and communicative I had nothing to worry about. You get their Whats App and then they are there to help any time you need them! The view from the room is beautiful, and the pool view is as amazing as it looks. Building security does a great job vigilantly monitoring so only people with access come in the pool area so it was never over crowded. Also, having a washing machine when traveling long term in a hot country is so very nice. Very clean, and I love that they have washable covers on the couch to keep it cleaner (even in very nice hotels the couches can get a bit gross, but I felt clean relaxing on this one). Location is perfect, close to the main metro line and monorail.

The only reason it is 9/10 is that the shower never got warm, just a little less cold. I don't think this is uncommon in Malaysia, but at the price point I'd have liked a truly hot shower.

Room size and facilities

Service requests were exceptionally difficult - response time very slow - language was always a barrier - I am a Malaysian and speak a number of languages including English and Malay.

The view of the apartment was outstanding and the room itself was fantastic

could have better pots and pans for cooking. Could be more clear that it's private rented apartment.

The accommodation is in a very good location, the Monorail is almost right in front of the building. The Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower are a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is huge, bright and well equipped. The pool has a nice view of the city.

The information on Booking.com is not quite correct. We ordered breakfast, which didn't really exist. OK, we got that money back. It is very difficult to find out which photo belongs to which accommodation. We thought the Petronas Twin Towers could be seen from the pool, but the view from this hotel is blocked by the other hotel.

The Saba Suites were great but the platinum building lets it down Certain staff at platinum were not at all helpful The restaurant service was non existent The pool was closed from the day after we arrived till the day after we left for maintenance we asked if we could use the pool in the next platinum building and were told no by the security but then we found out on our last day that we could have got a pass to the other building None of this is to do with Saba but it took a bit of the shine off It us a great location snd the views are brilliant

The apartment was spacious and the WiFi was very good. It's only a short walk to the monorail station and there's also a shopping centre nearby.

Check-in required ringing the agent but my phone didn't work in Malaysia so I had to ask the concierge to ring on my behalf.

swimming pool open at 10am..very late..12pm need to check out.. so very limit tine to enjoy the swmiom pool before check out..please consider to open swimming pool at 7am
