The location was awesome and the facilities were top notch.

It was not a hotel. The booking listing makes it sound like a hotel but it is a serviced apartment. That means you have to wait for someone to bring you a card key, you have to call everytime you need fresh towels or the room cleaned. You are encouraged to "don't speak to the consierge, they don't need to know everything, call us for everything", which sounds a bit shady. We were also given the wrong room and had to wait for one night to get the (better) apartment we have paid for. No compensation was offered.

We loved the room view we got from Tower 3 level 46 Unit 2. The rooftop view was also the best compared to Tower 1 and 2. The next time we book here again, we would love to get the same unit at Tower 3.

Kitchen utensils are hopeless. I understand the owner never live here, but some basic kitchen utensils would be a delight. For example, there was no knife that we can use to spread butter on our toast. I would suggest the person in charge to google basic kitchen utensils and shop the things needed.

The room was spacious enough for 5 adults and equipped with all required toiletries, towel and etc. It’s just as what you see on the picture. The staff was superb, he even bring us up to the room. Facilities was amazing, the pool is very clean and the rooftop view is worth the stay. There’s enough area and table for you to sit and relax on the sky lounge and enjoy the view. Really worth the price and for sure i’ll visit again.

Wish that the toilet would be a bit more clean and the staff would contact us at least 1 day before or early morning to inform us on the check in process.

The apartment, fridge, hob, oven, etc, were cleaned before we came in. The location is very near to Avenue K Shopping Mall, which is very near to Suria KLCC and KLCC MRT where you can take trains to Central Market, Petaling Street, Masjid Jamek or other places you intend to go.

There is only one TV at the living room. The bedrooms have no TV.

The location, the scenery around, esp at the pool area.

The tv facilities, need to be upgraded. The furniture need to be check amd the room facilities, some are out of stock. There is also no spa bath

U can have ur breakfast downstairs. At night 8pm,We went to roof top pool level69. It is quiet n got seating if u just want to chill out looking at klcc. It feels so private n special. Lightings n all so lovely. Tq to the staff (Apollo)..he is very helpful. I come with my dad (use wheelchair). For me this place is wheechair friendly! Its near to IJN. If u have appoinment or meeting,u can stay here. We watch P.Ramlee movie all night. Tq again.

I wish we could get 2 entrance pass for easy going in and out of the property.

I liked how friendly and efficient the staff was, and it was a comfortable apartment in a good location.

1. The TV wasn’t working so I ended up with a small one on the floor instead of on the wall. 2. They hadn’t properly cleaned: there was trash in the bin, stains on the bedding. 3. No basic cooking items like oil and salt, sugar and milk for the coffee, etc.

great facilities. the view of the twin towers from the rooftop swimming pool is superb. walking distance to the twin towers.

the check-in was hard as it’s not a hotel but an apartment and there’s no staff there all the time.
