Location was excellent (very close to Petronas Towers), bathroom was huge, room was relatively big but a little dated, it was neat and tidy and accessible. Breakfast items are fairly limited but excellent choices of local variety of cultural breakfast, which we found delightfully pleasing and surprising.

The inside of the hotel corridors are exposed outside a little so humidity can be felt.... and the corridors to the rooms / floors looked like a prison camp / corridor. The windows of our room (and all rooms) are not fully blocking out sound (not double glazed), there were noises from early morning some motorcycles and vehicles that could be heard very loud.

Strategic location, excellent customer service and helpful staffs during moving luggage and at valet parking. Has both handheld and rain shower. Separated bath tub and shower.

Super single beds will make lots of different compared to single beds. Toilet bowl is the very first thing when sliding the door open..

We love the location and how convenient it is to walk from the hotel to KLCC Shopping Centre, Tapak and nearby food eateries.

About the room, we wished that the bathroom would be much more cleaner and to add some interior decor that gives a warm ambience as it feels too industrial with the slight rusting on the stainless steel backsplash above the sink. The tile grouting within the shower stall and around the bathtub needed a good scrubbing. The bedsheets had a bit of pink stains on them when it should be clean and fresh for the next guests. Overall, thank you to the welcoming and friendly staff of the hotel when we were checking in and also when we left the hotel. They were all friendly throughout.

The hotel is in middle of KL town , so easier to access to all the local hotspots by walking around. Tourist will do prefer this place

Room space big enough. Love their toilet, got bathtub and the space enough big. The bathtub area can see thru the glass to watch the movie during bath. The TV was adjustable. Restaurant for breakfast was feeling cozy, although the choices not much but it’s very enjoyed.

The room was quite old, but so far still good. At least some of their furniture was updating and good in design. My room was corner unit and nearby the room which housekeeping using and there was store room too, quite disturbing when housekeeping moving / taking some things there, soundproofing not so good.

- the room & bathroom are spacious, good view of saloma bridge & klcc - near to KLCC tower, 5mins walk - iron, ironing board, hair dryer, all are ready in room, no need to bring by our own - have qiblat direction - the elevator is quick even reaching high floor, no need to wait so long - have spa for massage, nice pool, good SOP - free basement parking

- nothing too bad, just the sink & floor trap in the toilet a little bit clogged, maybe can clean up floor trap frequently, and cover the sink hole, so that no thing goes inside

Location - Maya is situated in an excellent location, easy access to LRT and Suria KLCC. This made my stay in KL City enjoyable and interesting as I could travel around with ease. For me, it is a perfect location and I intend to use Hotel Maya again when in KL. Staff - I found all the staff very polite, helpful and professional at all times. I also have to mention reception staff member Mr Mohamad Faizal very helpful, he went above and beyond in supporting me with an online service requirement which I had to get done urgently for my trip to Bali - so THANK YOU Mr Mohamad for your assistance! Breakfast lounge - there was a good variety of cuisine for breakfast daily and restaurant staff were very polite and professional. Anna

I am unable to comment on anything negative about Maya as there is nothing to add that I did not like although the lifts were not working very well while I was there. This was reported to reception staff who informed the engineer.

Great location. Nice view of Twin Towers and Pintasan Saloma. Staff was very courteus and friendly. Checkin and checkout was quick and effortless. The room was comfortable and fairly big. Buka Puasa buffet spread was fantastic, lots of local cooking with kambing golek, ikan bakar, and satay.

During the buka puasa buffet, the tables were too close together. Very concerning since we are still ij endemic phase. A fee people actually had to eat in the hall since they had no table.

The luxury feeling but sadly I could see graveyards from my room lmfao solo traveller here, the chilly tho- Other than that everything's tip top!!! Yes, I've little bit problem with the bath which I couldn't manage to drain the water after but it's only 1 night and I only use it once so it's fine.

...very limited car parks but the location quite small and the space for parks aren't that big so I could reconsider that. The graveyards but I could consider that also because it is what it is.
