We love the Twin Tower view from our Club room. Majestic. We got the higher 28th floor. Nice number. Awesome. The Club service was amazing. Great tasting food and excellent services. Special mention of your F & B staff, TAJUL at the breakfasf buffet at the Ground level. He was friendly, obliging and hardworking. Always smiling and asking if we need assistance with our drinks and food. He definitely enjoys his job. Well done, MO for your clever selection of staff. The bathroom water pressure is strong. We love it. Thank you for the great 1 night stay experience we shall remember for a long time.

You can do better with the shampoo, conditioner and body soap. They smell quite awful and please provide a proper instant shoe polish in addition to the brush and shoe horn.

Sadly, it was just a one-night (literally 24hr) stay for us. We had to fit in an 8hr tour of the city too and so had little time to really enjoy the amazing facilities: beautifully appointed rooms, lounges, infinity pool, spa and gym - but we did our best! Staff were wonderful. Left our luggage and freshened up in the spa before flying home. A perfect 24hr idyll at the end of a 3-week visit to Thailand. Conveniently located in KLCC next to Petronas Towers. Highly recommend. ❤

you can’t fault the location right in the heart by the park and a 1 minute walk to the towers. staff are helpful and friendly, room comfortable and roomy.

its a bit dated, needs a re model to move main resturant onto floor 3 to take advantage of the great views over the park

We had a room facing the city, which had a great view. Comfortable room with a good bed (bit short for my husband) and I really loved the products in the bathroom. Complimentary welcome drink on our arrival in the room. Housekeeping was really excellent. Located in a central location at the city center.

When checking in, the booking was on my name. Yet the person behind the desk kept talking to my husband. Handing him my pasport and creditcard and refering to him by my first name. Same when checking out. In my opinion that does not really go with the hospitality standards they are so proud of.

Wonderful hotel and incredible staff! Amazing location, next to Petronas Towers/Suria mall and lots of restaurants. Breakfast buffet was very good with so many options including American, Japanese and Indian foods. The ‘2 br 2 bath’ room was very spacious and had a kitchen and living/dining room. Ours did not have a view of Petronas Towers but I think other rooms did. We enjoyed the pool and spa area and a yoga class. Our housekeeper Roslin was so sweet and helpful. Concierges Subra and Mohd Shahrom were also extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Breakfast buffet was only available Thursday through Sunday. One day it was so busy that we were seated in a separate dining room and that buffet had fewer choices than the main room.

I love the pool the most! The Baby pool specifically because it was not too cold and not deep. So my toddlers enjoyed their splashing time by themselves. Beautiful scenery and serene ambience. The location is marvellous, just beside Suria KLCC Mall. Exudes the luxurious feeling here. And the washer/dryer helps alot with the laundry, when I came home. Service was top notch, fast and efficient. We always return to a clean and crisp room.

Our room was carpetless so it was not safety for our toddlers and babies, had some mishaps like fall. The Breakfast was just okay for me. The 2 bedroom apartment was quite small. Other than that, it's all good.

The staff are all very professional and friendly. The location is unbeatable, with the Twin Towers and KLCC park just next door and an underpass and link bridge linking to other parts of the city centre. We particularly appreciated the Twin-Tower view from the hotel room window and the afternoon tea. Overall it is less modern than some of the other hotels nearby, but my wife thinks she actually prefer the sense of tradition at the Mandarin Oriental.

The queue for the breakfast was long so we decided to eat else where. There are separate shower/bath and toilet “area” in the room we stayed in, but a door to physically separate them from each other would be more practical.

Location is the best. A stone away to Suria KLCC, walking distance using bridge connection to bukit bintang and Pavilion mall, LRT is nearby and lots of foods to choose. Breakfast buffet was delicious, many varieties to choose. Staffs are friendly and helpful, without fail to greet. There's a kids explore room for kids to enjoy the activities. There's washing machine in our room which is a bonus!

The deposit of RM*** per night (but will refund back upon check out), breakfast buffet was not included, wifi signal not that fantastic, furniture a bit outdated but still ok for us and flickering lamp in our room.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur! Check-in and check-out were smooth, quick and very efficient. Reception staff spoke excellent English. Hotel location was fantastic and very convenient, right beside Suria KLCC shopping mall. Room was very clean and comfortable with quality amenities. Breakfast buffet spread was excellent with great variety of food choices. Hotel staff were well-mannered, courteous and very helpful. I will be back!

The hotel is beautiful. The staff could not have been more friendly and attentive. when they cleaned the room there were so many personal touches e.g they left a bookmark for my book or left relaxing music playing on our arrival back. The rooms are spacious with large bathrooms. the pool and leisure staff were amazing. In particular the pool attendants were so lovely and helpful. The gym is the best hotel gym I have ever seen. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices. We extended our stay by a night because we loved it so much and we will definitely choose mandarin oriental again! thank you so much.
