The apartment was very nice, clean, and well-designed, seeming almost new. The beds were really comfy, and we enjoyed a hot shower. The Wi-Fi worked very well, and the lifts were quick. The apartment building had many pools on the 6th floor and a smaller one on the rooftop, as well as restaurants in the same building. We especially loved the Japanese lounge restaurant! And fresh bakery in the cafe downstairs in the morning. The view from the 49th floor was fantastic, although we didn't have a view of the Petronas Tower; nevertheless, the view was still nice. We took photos of the Petronas and Menora towers from the rooftop :). The service was excellent; the staff provided whatever we needed quickly, such as ironing, wine glasses, and batteries. The location is perfect, with the Petronas Tower just a 5-minute walk away, as well as Suria KLCC Mall and Avenue K Mall also within a 5-minute walk. The appartment building seemed luxurious and high-quality. I highly recommend this place

The kitchen didn't have many amenities, so we had to improvise during breakfast. However, I believe if we had asked, the staff would have provided them. The apartment didn't have a sauna or bath as described, but in this climate, we didn't really miss them, so we didn't ask for them. The second bedroom was very tiny; basically, the bed filled the entire room. It was okay for our kid to sleep there, but I wouldn't recommend it for two adults, for example. The apartment had a washing machine, but there was no place to dry clothes; we used hangers for that. I also missed smaller reading lamps near the bed. However, I enjoyed staying at this apartment very much.

Our stay at Star Residence 2 was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the sleek and modern design of the apartment. It was immaculately clean and furnished with all the comforts of home. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping and dining options. The rooftop pool was the cherry on top. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

The landlord is warm and friendly, and it is very convenient to move in. The house is large enough for six people to live in, even though we are only a family of three. The geographical location is very good, the apartment facilities are good, and the rooftop swimming pool is a highlight.

The two air conditioners in the living room have been turned on to the lowest temperature but are still a bit hot. I hope to improve them.

Incredible stay!! The view of the Petronas towers from the pool is the BEST in KL (really- I did a lot of research as this was our priority)- truly breathtaking! Brand new apartment and absolutely spotless and clean. Appreciated the modern gym. Comfortable stay and perfect location- walking distance to a mall (where we grocery shopped, got lunch etc) and many other restaurants surrounding the Petronas towers. The apartment was well equipped and if we didn’t have something we needed, Bijoy (he was amazing!!) sorted it out for us. Ie- there weren’t wine glasses, I whatsapped him and he brought some to the apartment straight away. Over and above our perfect stay- Emirates had cancelled our flights (during their floods) and we missed our initial stay (that we’d paid for) BUT the kindest host, Asiq, then let us stay at the Accomodation on other dates so we didn’t miss out on our booking. Truly grateful.

There isn’t anything to like. Perfect apartment, perfect location. If there are any issues, Bijoy is a whatsapp away to resolve anything.

Great Apartment, equipped with necessary things in the kitchen (some pots, water and even coffee and tea!) The building's amenities are stunning (the common pool was really big and very refreshing, and every one of the three connected towers has another own separate rooftop pool). The communication was easy via WhatsApp, we really appreciated the possibility of an early Check-In after a long flight, also they were very helpful with additional requests (more towels, drying rack) and sent whatever needed right away. Also there was cleaning service on the third day, which was perfect!

The only inconvenience: Having only one key (which is needed to get into any floor of the building) made it a bit complicated if we separated with the kids. If there are more than 2 people in the apartment, an additional key would be helpful! Everything else was great!

The building is situated about a 3 minute walk from the Petronas towers, so you have an amazing view from the roof top pool and from our room. We Stayed in Kuala Lumpur for four days and found this location perfect. The host contacted me a few days before my visit with all the instructions for our arrival and met us at reception on the day. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and a central air conditioning unit in the living quarters. Great if one of you doesn't want to sleep under air conditioning. We also found the washing machine super handy! After leaving the accommodation I'd realised I had left my Apple Watch and charger at the apartment and the host made every effort to get the watch and charger back to me at the airport before returning to the UK. Amazing service would book on my return to KL.

I love everything about my recent staycation at Axquisite Suites KLCC, and everything was absolutely fantastic. The room has a very nice view of KLCC twin tower, KL Tower and 118 Tower. We were very satisfied with the facilities and overall experience. What made our stay even more memorable was when my husband accidentally left his laptop in the room. The host promptly messaged me to inform us about the forgotten item. Thankfully, we were able to retrieve the laptop with no hassle. The host was incredibly honest and trustworthy, which added to our positive experience. Thank you to the host for the excellent service!

Only the wifi service was a bit slow. Might be due to coverage problem.

Excellent location, clean and well-equipped on the most part. Main bedroom excellent size and bathroom and kitchen good. Great view (we were near the top). The view from the infinity pool was brilliant overlooking the petronas towers.

2 bedroom property has two double rooms but they are hugely different - one is large with wardrobes and a desk with access to the bathroom. The other is a bed squeezed in a room and no more. As a group of 2 couples the experience was not the same and one couple drew the short straw. There wasn’t even room for cases so used the living room to store those.
