Our stay was wonderful. Check-in went smoothly, we had a comfortable apartment on the 23rd floor with incredible view of Twin Towers. We didn't have breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. The elevators worked very efficiently. The pool on the top floor has a great view and the pool on the 6th floor is very nice to swim and relax. Fantastic location right next to the Twin Towers, very close to the KLCC metro station, easy access to all interesting places in KL.

More attention should be paid to cleaning, our fridge was not very clean so were the countertops.

Location is excellent. The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious and include everything you need. Having the option of two pools was fun. We ate at the rooftop restaurant, the lower poolside restaurant, the little cafe near the entrance and also lunch in the dining room. All meals were excellent! The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

The only thing for us was the tv. We would have liked to have watched the Olympics during our stay but the tv channels were very limited and didn't include the games coverage.

Ascott Star exceed mine and my partner's expectations. We arrived at the hotel around 11am, expecting our room to not be ready yet, which was fine with us since it was early. However, they had a room ready for us and within half an hour after checking in, we got our room. It was spacious for 2 people and we loved that it had a washing/drying machine for laundry, which we immediately used. They also provided us with the detergent, which was awesome! The room also had a kitchen and the amenities with it (eg. cups, dishes, forks, etc.). The pool is a good size and wasn't cold but cool which felt great against the humid weather. The view is also awesome! You get a great view of the Twin Towers. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. We asked how to get to the mall and was given 2 options: a) above ground on the streets or b) underground to avoid the heat. My partner and I opted for option b. The woman gave us great directions and we managed to find the mall easily. It was about a 10 minute walk, not too far and we avoided the humid weather. Later on at night, we went back up on the roof top to see the Twin Towers again. Please note, there will be a line up of people there taking photos.

Fantastic property - Centrally located and 5 mins away from Surya KLCC. Staff - one of the best you could ask for We stayed at the one bed Premier as a family of 5 (2 adult, 2 kids aged 8&6 along with an infant). The size of the apt was perfect. Swimming pool at the terrace top is amazing given a sneak peak of the KL skyline.

It's a brand new property so likelihood of not liking angything is low.

As great as the pictures shows. It’s almost a perfect stay. I just think it’s a bit too expensive considering that I stayed before in another similar infrastructure hotel (5 minutes from this one) for half of the price I pay here.

They don’t have a restaurant or any in-dinner option, so during rainy days (here is stormy rain, not drizzling) you’ll need lots of luck to be able to order food, I wasn’t able to have dinner because there was no Grab driver available for the 3h I’ve tried. In the morning I also needed a driver to take me to the airport, and Grab again failed on me, but I’d expect the hotel to have an on-call driver for urgent situations, but they didn’t have - in the end I lost my flight.

Rooftop pool is really good, amazing views. Bed really comfortable and great sizeable bathroom. Good to have a water filter in the kitchen to refill our own bottles and save buying plastic bottles.

It was shame the man at reception forgot to charge us for the room on arrival as we got woken up at 11pm asking us to pay.

My stay at Ascott Star KLCC was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Every request was met with a smile, and they were always eager to assist. The room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful details like plush towels and quality toiletries. The rooftop pool wasn’t used but seeing the Petronas Twin Towers was one of the highlight of staying at this hotel, offering stunning views of the city. The hotel’s location was ideal, just a short walk from key attractions and in a vibrant neighborhood filled with shops and cafes. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Ascott Star KLCC for anyone looking for a luxurious and seamless stay.

Absolutely perfect location, just 5 mins walking to KLCC petronas tower and other cool places. Clean, nice and big enough, great rooftop pool. Everything just fine if not perfect.

At night there is quite a big noise from the street (room on 10th floor). Also AC is noisy when working.

The room was very spacious and clean with everything you need . Good location . View from the room is amazing . Amenities are great , 2 beautiful swimming pool, brand new gym ... Staff were very pleasant too.

Unfortunately non in house guest can access to the rooftop bar ... So at sunset time it can be very busy with people who wants to take photos with the tour and left no room for the in house guests 🫣 couldn't have a nice spot for a drink on the rooftop , we've been offer a sad table inside with kitchen view haha , we did not book so that also our fault !

Loved the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the safety of the area. The hotel is 5min walking from the main mall. We walked to & from the mall at 10pm & all the high end stores are there. The mall is also inside the Patronas twin towers, so it was a double bonus. Loved everything about the place. When inside, you cannot even hear a car on the road, it is sooo quiet. We had 2apartments booked & from 1 of them, we had the Patrons towers view. It was amazing. From the pool floor, the towers were also in full view and its the best photo spot. Really loved this place. Would highly recommend..

The breakfast is too lousy. They need to either not serve it at all or step it up big time cos it is not worth the price. They don't have 90% of continental breakfast goodies like cold meats, cheeses, normal tea, muffins, fruit, yorhurts and much more. The breakfast is the only thing l would NOT recommend here. Rather get it elsewhere where it would be worth it. The one here is certainly NOT worth it. They don't even have plates, they serve everything in side plates. Absurd....
