Breakfast was good especially the eggs where you get quite a number of choices. The staff was attentive to your needs especially those at the reception and the concierge. Room was clean and well maintained by the housekeeping. Good job to all of you!

There is hardly anything to dislike about the hotel except location. Although the distance to Bukit Bintang (Pavillion) and KLCC are quite near, there is no sheltered pathways and crossing the roads are quite dangerous as the traffic does not follow the traffic rules. Take care when crossing the road.

The ambience is first class. The feeling of space throughout the property, added to with calm and controlled colleagues who were happy to attend to enquiries with speed and ease, was greatly appreciated. The room layout was perfect. It was possible to mirror my Apple iPhone to the room TV so I could watch movies when jet lag meant i kept waking at 4:30am. The shower was amazing, the room service at 6am was prompt and the quality of food was par excellence. I only had breakfast one morning and noted the range of food of both Asian and western options to be expansive and of superb quality. Finally, the pool was maintained perfectly and was ultra clean as was the air conditioned multi varied gymnasium with brand new weights room. I would have no hesitation and in fact am looking forward to visiting again.

AMAZING! Excellent service and great location. The hotel is lovely, and staying in it can be a relaxing experience. The team is nice and friendly. We were close to everywhere in KL, either by car or walking. The staff was amiable, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. The sitting area by the pool is lovely and relaxing, regardless of the day's weather, and the staff there were very nice and helpful. Big Bonus: The Hotel always smells so good! It would've been nicer if the restaurant/bar/cafe offered late-night options, but there are delivery options that one can get if needed.

It was a minor miscommunication, but it is good to bear that in mind when different people are checking in on different dates to avoid a similar scenario. It was just the inconvenience of the delay, but the reception team was very nice, as usual, throughout our stay. My friend and I were checking in on different days, and she arrived earlier; it took them some time to get my friend to the room and confirm her booking. Despite her name and number being added to the booking, they actually picked her up from the airport.

We love everything: room is so comfortable, staffs are friendly and professional and location is great. We have travelled to more than 30 countries and stayed in so many different hotels, ruma is definitely our top 3. What makes it outstanding is the amazing staffs and their eyes on details. My husband and I got sick at the first two days of stay. Hotel prepared plain porridge even though it is not at their menu; they noticed I don’t have a bookmark for my book and put one next to my book; we extended our stay for three times ( that also tells how great is the hotel) and they helped us to arrange everything at our most convenience. We couldn’t recommend enough this hotel and can’t wait to come back again.

The property had an authentic Malay feel, making it different to other hotels and a unique experience when travelling to KL. The room had a homely feel and was extremely spacious. The complimentary mini-bar was great too! The staff (reception and housekeeping) were kind and helpful throughout our stay and upon request, gave us a room upgrade. The breakfast was very good, with a great buffet selection and brilliant service. The room service was great as well (quality of food and speed). The hotel is conveniently located across the road from KLCC, which you can cut through and reach the park/Petronas Towers.

The check-in process was a little slow considering we were the only ones checking in at the time, but cannot complain considering we got a complimentary upgrade! The options to order off the breakfast menu were quite limited and could be expanded (e.g. to include Nasi Lemak).

The RuMa Hotel and Residences is a stunning property located in the heart of the city. The mall is conveniently situated just around the corner, offering a plethora of delicious food options and essential amenities. The hotel's restaurant served delectable dishes, and the overall dining experience was exceptional. Additionally, the spa and massage services were of excellent quality, and the pricing was reasonable. Each room is equipped with a coffee machine, and complimentary soft drinks are included in the room rate. The atmosphere and vibe of the hotel are absolutely delightful.

The only downside was that the curtains in my room didn't open fully, limiting the opportunity to fully appreciate the beauty of the surrounding area. However, this minor inconvenience pales in comparison to the overall sense of safety and comfort I experienced during my stay.

In the heart of KLCC, 5 mins walk from the Petronas towers, this hotel has it all. Interior design, attention to detail in terms of materials used in the room, the bedding, the toiletries, the complimentary mini bar, all great. The staff service, presentation and professionalism 10/10. Saiful on the pool floor was very helpful whilst we wait to check-in, showed us around the gym and spa facilities. Happily stay here again!

Everything was great in general. Maybe a breakfast variation would help, although food quality was top! Service was great too, helpful, friendly and highly hospitable staff.

Ruma hotel has exceeded all our expectations. Starting with the staff who is so wonderful. From the moment of check-in we felt it was a great decision to book this place. Front desk officers are extremely kind and welcoming all staying very professional at the same time. Great HR job here! The hotel is centrally located, it’s very convenient to get any sort of transportation and many places are in a walkable distance. All facilities with the pool, lounge and chill area are tastefully decorated and it makes such a beautiful change from big chain hotels that are all looking alike. Coming from a person who has tried so many different accommodations both in Europe and Southeast Asia - trust me, it’s absolutely amazing. Honestly not even one thing has disappointed us during our stay, if you are considering this location or another one run not walk to hit that „book” button before it’s sold out

ABOUT THE PROPERTY; The RuMa is both hotel and residences, the Hotel guests are welcomed through a vibrant lobby. There is a cafe & library on the lobby level, where as the stunning pool that opens up to part of the KL skyline is on the 6th floor. Petronas Twin Towers are visible from the bar area near the pool and make for a good photo spot. The hotel also has an in-house restaurant and in-room dining (available 6:00 am to 11:30 pm). OUR ROOM; We booked the ‘Corner Suite’ for about $160/ AED 600 per night, without the Twin Tower view. If you’re interested in that particular view, they do have a few Corner Suites with it, with a minimal increase in room rate. We didn’t opt for breakfast but that is available at an additional cost (KL has amazing street food, save your appetite). The room has minimal modern decor, large glass windows on one side (with blackout blinds).The bed and seating is comfortable. The bathroom has a rain shower, a tub facing the window, two basins and most important of all a bidet/shataf next to the toilet. LOCATION; A very convenient location and great value for money considering that. The hotel is merely a few minutes (about 500 m walk) away from the Pavilion Bridge, which connects you to several prominent areas to explore, like the KLCC/Petronas side, the Bukit Bintang Market/Night Market, and the Pavilion Mall itself. The area is quite lively, even in the evening, many bars and restaurants with great view (like Vertigo, Marinis on 57) are at a walking distance or a short Grab/taxi ride away. WHAT WE LOVED; We loved the modern interiors, the convenience of location to explore the area on foot, and the complimentary/all inclusive mini bar (must try their delicious peanut candy). A very big thanks to Ms. Ivy for facilitating us with extra candy on request, it’s one of my favorite souvenirs from our trip.

WHAT WE DIDN’T LIKE; While I understand that early Check-in’s are subject to availability, I come from a land (Dubai) where you almost never hear ‘No’ from the hospitality industry, we’re a bit spoiled that way. With that said we had a morning flight and reached the hotel around noon, but they couldn’t accommodate us till a little past 3 pm, we made a day out of it and checked out the markets nearby, but it would’ve been nice to rest a little before that. So if you have a flight at an odd hour I would recommend you to book the previous night in order to avoid this situation cause the hotel was pretty packed.

I booked this hotel last minute after my initial accommodation fell through and I was delighted with everything - the staff was friendly and helped get the room ready before the official check in time as I had travelled directly from Europe for about 20h to get to KL. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom clean, roomy and the full accommodation was beautifully decorated and easy to use. I ordered room service and the food was good and service great as well. The breakfast was quite varied and delicious, I could choose from a number of food styles and the coffee was excellent too. The minibar and toiletries restocked daily. The location was walking distance from a lot of the touristic sites and the pool/hotel bar offered and amazing view.
