excellent location, walking distance to KLCC and park

it took about 1 hour to check in, probably it was peak season as many other guests were waiting to get their rooms ready on that day. however, we were compensated with late check out. otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and the Staff is helpful

The hotel is very close to Suriya KLCC which is the reason we booked. We were upgraded to a premier room for free, which we really appreciated. Checkin was a breeze. The water pressure in the room was excellent. Room was big for my husband and 8 yr old. We had a walk in closet where we kept our luggage. Internet connection in the room was excellent. My son had to attend school online and we did not encounter issues. Hotel restaurant had a big screen that showed the World Cup while having dinner which was nice. Food in the menu was just ok. Nothing to rave about. We ate dinner there once, then decided that ordering Grab food would taste better. Pool was just okay. Very cold water, my son and another little boy were shaking.

In the room: The windows behind the curtains were not cleaned because a lot of dust was there when i open the curtains. Bathroom sink: Took a while for the water to go down the drain so when you’re washing your face or brushing your teeth, you will have a bowl full of water that would overflow if you don’t pause. Sink also had stains or scratches which gave an unclean impression but not a bug deal. Breakfast was good, but it would be better if they served plain steamed rice. I asked a server if they had it, and she told me to ask the cook myself. Then later just said they don’t have it.

The room was larger than the standard hotels, and it included a bathtub which was separate from the shower stall. Great room amenities (e.g. kettle, water bottles, hairdryer, iron) that keeps you covered for the duration of your stay. Super convenient location with a bridge that links to KLCC and Pavilion mall. Many bars and cafe within a 15 min walk too.

Traffic around the area gets really really bad from 5pm, so it's best to use the trains!

The obvious attraction was that it was central to everything in KL. Pleased with the large and well-appointed rooms with a partial view of the Petronas towers, and breakfast was the staple meal we had at the hotel, which was perfectly adequate. The stay was comfortable, the food and common areas were clean and neat, the service was prompt and extended with true Malaysian hospitality. A special mention of the excellent staff who ensured our needs were well met during our stay: Ridzwab, Anluar, Karen, Yasmin and Shafiq – Thank you! Overall, I would recommend Impiana if you are keen on comfort and convenience.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. It's really quiet. There is a small grocery and coffee shop in the lobby. There is a small bar as well The rooms are comfortable and clean The staff is friendly. The location is more than perfect. The open buffet for breakfast is good. But they need to pay more attention to hygiene . Some plates and cups are dirty.

I have order dinner but the asked me to wait more than 1.30 hours as the chef is not available at that time. Parking is very bad and difficult to park a large car. The worst part was at reception, with a lady who was trying to claim the tourist tax in a very inappropriate way. Even though I have i kad, she quickly came up with a new policy to classify my status as a non-citizen. The payment wasn't really the problem, but the way she showed off was terrible.

Breakfast was good.

I would like to report an incident that occurred in the bathroom. The area in front of the toilet needs to be thoroughly cleaned, as it caused me to slip and fall while wearing the room's slippers. The marble floor was slippery, possibly due to soap or oily surfaces. Although the bruises that I sustained on my left buttock and shoulder are not severe, I received help from the front office staff, who provided me with ointment for treatment. Additionally, they offered me a complimentary dinner since I was unable to walk out for my meal due to my injuries.

Friendly & helpful staffs... Service recovery was fast... was given an upgraded rooms but unfortunately 1 of the room was totally not cleaned and the room was messy. The porter quickly rush down and at the same time used his mobile to update the reception; within 5 minutes he moved us out to another rooms. Other than he kept apologising for the inconvenience caused, also received a call from the reception too. Breakfast buffet is great...there's varieties of choices. Plates are cleared very fast too. Accessible to neighbouring malls,KLCC park via the bridge.

TV channels: most of the channels not working. 3 of them even hanged...not sure since when it's down but for the 3 nights there, the screen displayed the hanged same pictures... and this happened for both rooms...☺☺ Buffet breakfast: though I like that there's varieties of foods, only 1 or 2 dish were different per day. It will be great if they can change more menus...

the receptionist was quick to let us into our rooms despite our check ins was late at night. The room was thankfully spacious, with a nice view facing the twins tower (however due to mandarin oriental they were blocked haha). I also enjoy the fact that room was equipped with amazing working desk. the lighting were romantic and the bed was so comfortable, just that we were wishing there were cushions available. The selection over the minibar was limited though, I was expected more. the bathroom has a dimer light so maybe need a little check up on that. the selection of international channel on the television was okay but we didn't stay for the television anyway. what my husband and I love the most was the connected pedestrian to Bukit Bintang and KLCC convention centre. It was super convenient especially in hot weather. the pool was a tad too small, but its amazing since we can also see a bit of KLCC on top. the best of all was the breakfast selection. breakfast was amazing and delicious. everything was fresh and tasted good, not too salty or too bland. the chefs and waiters were all nice and accommodating.

the parking available is too narrowed need a super driving skill to navigate. some of the patch on the wall was mouldy and need some touch up.

Good club deluxe facility. Lounge was superbb. Otherwise facility is good. Room is spacious. Hot shower is superbbbb. Clean bathroom.

Staff at front desk. Staff at the check in counter spoilt the whole impression........ a bit sarcastic and did not show politeness. (LADY!). I strongly recommend the hotel admin put some more effort to train their frontdesk staff to be more welcoming and humane. Learn from other corporate body & 5 star hotels. Rooms with even number face office building...can actually see office employee do their task at office desks and in fact perhaps they also can see us semi naked in the room if curtains are retracted open

location is good, shelter link bridge is very convenient for us to reach KLCC Suria & Pavilion without worries there is a raining or sunny day.

Breakfast is very simple... nothing special if I compare with Naga World hotel that I stayed during my Phnom Penh trip.
