- Staff very friendly, they will initiate a whatsapp chat for any enquiries, replies very fast as well - Face recognition for lifts - A few pretty good restaurants within the same building, and bars and restaurants across road - A CU convenient store nearby - Clean and well prep room - Free Netflix and buildin youtube - Sky pool is small and great to visit in the morning

- Parking really very tight, need skills, might have paid valet and park on ground floor instead of going down into carpark

Super clean and comfy, can't see any dust in room. Interior deco was great and location very strategy. We're like it. Only one thing is the bath tub pop up waste couldn't function well and we do report it to front counter. Thanks for your services.

Location is good if you plan on using the MRT to get around, also an easy walk to the Petronas Towers, Mall and KLCC Tower. The apartment itself is a nice space, with a nice aesthetic. The extra facilities are ideal for anyone wishing to have a pool, gym or laundry included.

Apartment is starting to show its age a little, having stayed here around 5yrs ago we could tell it needed a little repair in areas and maybe a re-paint.

- Easy check in & out - Free room upgrade: Genius level 3 - Free late check out at 2pm - Free parking - Superb water pressure, separate bathub, shower & toilet - Strong wifi - Since everything is cashless nowadays, we forget to reserve some cash for deposits, the reception guy was quite generous to let us in without deposit as we only stay for 1 night - Overall, again definitely a comfortable stay at Cormar Suite!

This is my 3rd staycation with a friend at Cormar Suite. Unfortunately we found few things need to be taken care of:- - The sink is clogged - The study room floor is dusty, luckily we didn't want to use it for work purpose, so we just closed the door

The location and staff were excellent. We used the well equipped gym. The room was clean and spacious. Both Beta and Skillet Michelin-rated restaurants are situated in the building.

Our trip coincided with major works to the pool and sauna, so they were not available throughout our stay in late Dec 23. Other than high-end restaurants, there are no other eating establishments inside the building. Plenty in the surrounding area.

The attitude of the staff - from the frontdesk, security guard, maintenance guy and housekeeping lady were cordial, helpful and efficient. My requests were attended promptly and efficiently. Felt cozy and fresh in the spacious room with useful amenities, utensils and nice views of the city. Location was great within walking distance to KLCC and Pavilion with restaurants and convenient stores. Availability of carpark.

1. The refrigerator in my room emits creaking sounds occasionally and disturbed my sleep. Thankfully, my ear-plugs came in handy! 2. There's a signage in the room advertising Delivery Service available for the selected restaurants - however not all adheres to it due to "lack of manpower".

Nice kichennette, comfortable bed, very good bath and shower rain, enjoy netflix whenever we get to watch the TV and finally the helpful receptionist. Overall excellent. Will come again.

TV is a bit small, netflix gets 'busy' at late evening (sharing account with many) and car parking was a bit difficult to manouvre around in the basement.

Staff are friendly, attentive & efficient. Room is bright, spacious, well-equipped & comfy.

Amazing and professional staff. Would accommodate my requests and provided more than what I asked for. Property was strategically located and only a few minutes walk away from city centre. Very clean facilities and well maintained room overall. 24 hours gym was a bonus point and had lots of equipment.

Facial recognition does not work sometimes and quite annoying to be stuck in the lift. The lift was also quite slow. Would recommend to just use other technology for security.

For an impromptu trip over the Christmas weekend it was an ok price range for family of 4. We were please with the basic things in the room and the staffs were approachable and friendly. Even with the welcoming messages thru Whats app. Location wise its ok if you dont mind walking...its easier if go by the link way bridge towards KLCC, PAVILION and Bukit Bintang. And its about a km away to TAPAK food trucks.

The room was clean when we arrrived late due to our flight delayed. However it has that musty kinda smell. The wooden flooring was a little bumpy near the island table. We just cover it with the stool. It would be great if they have small sofa bed too. The pool area was ok but there were no towels. Lastly was the face recognition when we need to enter the lift. It can be great but a little troublesome at times.
