Strategic location which is very near to the Kuantan city, with ample parking space. Quite comfortable hotel for leisure stay, spacious room area to stay with family members.

The AC looked malfunction and didn't cool down the room temperature fast enough, so you need to be patience first because later on, you're gonna froze in icy cold. Water pressure in the bathroom also not really satisfying enough especially the toilet bidet. Luckily, Water heater functioned well. Last one, the curtain in my room need to change too as the upper velcro at the curtain sides didn't adhere well.

Check in process smooth even though already late nights (almost 3 am actually). Facilities great but can be improved or at least maintained to what it is. HSM brings lot of memories to all of us, such a waste to let it go old and broke.

Breakfast choice. Not many choices available but understandable; walk in price for adult pun only costs you RM18. Cukup untuk alas your perut.

The room was neat and clean. The water pressure was good. There were enough hangers in the wardrobe. The housekeeping lady was very helpful with our needs - fresh towels, coffee sachets and drinking water.

The receptionist was not particularly friendly. Our room was towards the end of the corridor and we could not get the wifi signal. The white sheet should be below the blanket, but it was the other way round 😄

Staff was so kind and cheerful. I asked for room to be close together luckily we got it! Also the price is cheap for the room. It was spacious and cozy. We got the breakfast, all so delicious we taste a little bit of everything. Can't wait to come again. Thank you!!

variation of food at breakfast buffet. the receptionist is good and friendly. indoor floor is upgraded to vinyl makes it look modern. wide room. location is good. near to Tomyam Garden which is served delicious food!

the old toilet. hope in future, HSM can upgrade the toilet like they did to the room side. its like 2 era in 1 room 😂. 2022 when u open the door, but back to 1900- when u open the toilet’s door. the pool is small, unable to be use if the hotel is fully booked.

Toilet room not really friendly for disabled person. With just 2 small round pieces of soap for a family room and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo.

The Family room quite spacious and have space for solat and side table with chairs. The sheets are new and clean. The bedroom doesn't smell musky, fairly clean and equipped with iron board.

The fridge not really cold. Toilet satisfactory.

The facilities are aging.but it was expected since the hotel itself had stood there for about 28 years now.

Quite comfortable for a night stay. A quiet and calm place. Large parking area.

The furniture quite old and need to be replaced. Also dust in the corner.

Comfy room

When I checked in, noticed that the room and toilet are not clean. There are dirts in the tpilet and dust on the bed.
