Our group of 8 rooms enjoyed our stay very much. Each room is nicely decorated with theme. Very unique setting which makes us enjoyed each setup. Hotel facilitoes and room are exceptionally clean. Thoughtful items in room for use of guest is very much appreciated such as, toothbrushes, shower cap, face cloth, haor dryer, bedroom slipper and clean fluffy towels. Very responsive staff, Sunil and Vixtoria and another which O cant recall her name, kudos for taking up the initiatives to help and address our concerns pre and during our stay. Will recommend and be back for it superb location. Hotel could have offered more variety for breakfast. Coffee to be better than just 3in1 Nescafe please.

Every room has a different theme/culture and I really love it. My room was like the 80-90s Malaysia Nyonya/Chinese style even the floor tiles they used to match with the theme is pretty and I love it! The size of the room was just nice for couple or 2 adults, but it was very clean and bright. The most important is the location was very near to Jonker Street like a 5mins walk so yeah you can get various supper if you are staying weekend (Jonker Night Market only open Fri- Sun)

Maybe just the ventilation of the room, but most of the hotel even 4-5 stars hotel they have this ventilation problem where the rooms always have the moldy smell…but still acceptable. But the bedsheets are very clean, and the aircon is very cool!!

I liked that it was perfectly located in the heart of Jonker street. There is a public parking just 5 mins walk down the road . Staff were super helpful. Room was small but clean with all amenities. They even served a nice waffle breakfast . Loved the lift , Super cool experience

I didn’t like the bed as it was light weight , kept on moving on the floor when I sat on it . This place is perfect to stay and visit Jonker street.

The location is extremely good if you plan to walk around Jonker Street. Room comes with complimentary breakfast. Every room has a coffee machine, provide Aristo coffee pot (even though I’m not fan of Aristo but is the thoughts that count) The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom floor is very slippery. If you plan to drive or grab out from this area in the evening you might need to plan to park further away from the hotel because night market will block out all the roads which cars will not be able to drive in or out of this area.

literally everything. arrived there around 9pm, the receptionist welcome us with smile and help us with the check in, later on when we arrived to the room, totally impressed by the room. room was small but all the necessities were there. plenty of plugs, clean room, good water pressure, comfortable bed. they even hav a coffee machine in the room and top up 2 capsules everyday. and also they offered us with different choices of breakfast which we didnt really needed it, because u are in Melaka..🤣🤣 and also the elevator experience was unique..🫢🫢

if i really want to complain abt something, it would be the size of the room.

Located at alley.Strategic location within walking distance to restaurant, river,redhouse,. Nearby a lot choices of local food, coffee shop and to Jongket.

Parking hard to find when night time but is near to hotel.RM6 per entry of carpark. Lift spoil on that day . Staff offer to bring luggage if you have any. Window spoil cannot opened.

Location is near to nice restaurants & shops. Minutes of walk to attractions. Super clean room and attentive staff. Good stay for couple, families & close friends as bathroom no lock.

Control panel for aircon & lights at entrance . Also a small side table will be great for my London Deluxe Twin room.

Very strategic location in jonker walk. I parked far a bit, in the free parking lot at kota laksamana. Monday and Tuesday you don't need to pay for parking. I also saw a policeman writing summons by taking picture of the car and uploading it via their app. So you don't know you had a Majlis Bandar summon until you get it in your mail. Very crafty scheme. So park safe. My son and I are vegetarian and the hotel were accommodating for breakfast. We stayed in the lattice room on the 3rd floor. Note that hot water runs fast, you have to keep adjusting the knob. The room had a bed, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and board, a mini fridge a locker, rain shower, basic toiletries, table and chair, an ottoman and 3 slim windows with views of other people's zinc roofs..A lot of shopping channels, 1 sarawak channel, and 1 cartoon channel plus bernama news. I am impressed with their coffee machine and coffee pods. If you are into that kind of coffee. They have 4 floors in total and and average 3 to 4 rooms per floor. There is a tiny elevator that ferries people up and down. I find it is faster to walk down the stairs instead. The bigger rooms are on the back of the hotel and it has bath tub, at least from what I saw on the emergency exit floor layout. There is a balcony on the 3rd floor overlooking the straits of Malacca. But the high walls stops you from fully enjoying the view. On the ground floor, at the back of the hotel there is an old water well. You can walk from the sliding door at the breakfast area. Staffs are very attentive and helpful and addressed me by my name. Staffs are multi racial. I borrowed umbrella from them everytime we go out because it rains every day. Walking distance to Mamasita..a new place I hadn't seen before that sells good cocktail and Mexican food. Will definitely come back here in the future. I also noticed many businesses in jonker walk has shut down.

my credit card was debited even before I reached the hotel. we were a group of 6 with 4 rooms. i request payment at property so that we were billed separately. i was told it’s the property policy.
