The staff was friendly. The breakfast spread was good. Near highway.malls are nearby. The room was very big and clean. Toilet was very big n clean too. Water hearter worked very well.water pressure was good also

The aircon was very bad. I was sweating in the room. Not cold enough. No parking available. Had to park under the fly over for RM5 per day.the bed was abit hard.

The hotel room is spacious and comfortable for a family trip with kids. The interior design looks exclusive for shop house type hotels. The kids really enjoy the bathtub ( has see through glass door) and has an indoor swimming pool. The breakfast buffet has multiple choices of main and desserts.

1. Do not have hotel's own car park. Has to purchase 'bandaraya' carpark ticket from the lobby or can park at the private carpark under the flyover. 2. Has to go down to the restaurant to make a payment for in room service via debit card. Would love to have pastries like croissants for breakfast.

The location is near to Dataran Pahlawan and Mahkota Parade (walking distance). The room is beyond my expectation.

The hotel did not provide free parking for guest. As the guest needs to pay normal parking charge.

Love everything esp the facilities and staff. Never encountered where the hotel staff called me just to ask whether i need room cleaning or not while I'm outside. So far, they have the best hospitality. The room is quite spacious, clean, cozy and has a bathtub which is important for me as i bring my kid. Overall worth the money spent here. I will definitely come again in the future. Keep up the good job. 👍🏻

The only cons i need to remark is the room view but then it doesn't bother me much. Plus they can improve the varieties of breakfast buffet . And the dining space is also limited. The parking is not reserved for guests but there are a lot. Just pay for a coupon or park in a private parking area. RM10/day.

The caption on your hotel profile in booking.com mentioned ‘Very good breakfast provided’ but the breakfast was no where near good at all. 1) Over diluted baked beans. We were served baked beans in hot water. 2) Cheap sausages even cats won’t eat 3) Salad portion too small 4) omelette was average 5) bread was ok. But the butter and especially the jam, cheap, sweet and full of artificial colouring 6) please buy better coffee For RM300++, the least you guys can do is put in some effort and offer your customers good healthy food

The staff was super friendly,allowed to early check in..even the security is super friendly greet me every time i going for smoke.the f&b staff also super friendly...should promote the indian guy & the indian lady that work at reception,very friendly.

The breakfast for me very so-so...expected buffet but vice versa for me as picky eater.

Its location, clean, staff was very very kind and polite. They take extra effort to call and ask if everything is good etc. love their hospitality. Will definitely come back here again if im going melaka. Walking distance to nice halal food. Walking distance to Mahkota parade. From there u can go to pahlawan mall and etc. Breakfast was nice, a standard menu in Malaysia hotels..they change the menu slightly the next day. Love love this place

I choose studio units, I can’t watch television from bath tub. Tv channels should be upgraded. Paying RM 700 for the unit but the TV channel is very disappointing as not much channels options that I can change. Studio units’ hot water very disappointing as the hot water auto changed to cold water after few minutes. Bath tub’s screw spoiled as the bath tub need some renovation as the water filled in the bath tub auto reducing due to the water suction got issue.
