so far my 2nd time repeat stayed here very very very good. the pool have open until late night but must dont make a noisy for respect others guest stay here. very calm because no one stay during i check in here (1st time and 2nd time). The place not too far from chenang easy drive arou d 5 mina only.

the door broke a bit at downside, the toilet have a button for water heater but the water not hot. The sink water too slow. The plug already loose because of missing screw.

I love that it is quiet, had the room in front of the pool. It was great. The pool is clean. The room was generally clean. Despite what others have complained, I think the management has fixed them. So it's much better now. Location is superb! Near restaurants and clubs. Will definitely stay here again.

I think the bathroom walls needs some cleaning. There were white spot stain at the sink. The walls in the bathroom needs to be scrubbed. But I think the management needs to buy new sheets for the rooms. They weren't so clean, yellow and had old stains. The room could use 4 pillows instead of 2. Maybe put a coffee table on the balcony to go with the chairs. Breakfast can be improved generally speaking. The nasi lemak can be more 'lemak', maybe add a protein like chicken. People can and will pay extra if needed.

Absolutely loved this place. The pool was lovely, the rooms were nice, the staff were extremely friendly and made us dinner one night - honestly exceptional. They made us a full vegetarian breakfast for us every morning with the omelet in the shape of a loveheart. I felt like a royal guest. Definitely would come again.

The paint in the bathroom could use a touch up but that's about it.

Place is quiet and staff are friendly specially Dina and Soleha. Thank you Soleha for giving me a ride to dash to meet my friends. Thank you brother who clean the pool and kakak housekeeping provide us more towels( my apology i missed to asked their name) and same goes the lady taking care of the breakfast area. Everyone is so wonderful and smiles ❤️.

I love all about the room, clean and neat. They provide few minerals and iron except for hair dryer or maybe the provide upon request

it does not really soundproof, we can hear the next room laughing loudly at 1-2am. maybe property can consider to put a sign “do not make noise after 12am”

checkout time supposed 12pm . tp kami lewat around 40 minit . ada staff ketuk pintu . cuma dissappointed sgttt the way dia tanya " nak checkout bila " sepatutnya on hotel line greeting tu kena betul . and time check in before masuk pintu bilik dah terbukak :')

for breakfast not so much choice, but acceptable since the price is quite cheap. the room really2 comfortable for me, spacious and clean, the new building very meet my expectation. will stay here again for my next visit for sure.

Love the fact that it had a pool and rather clean also quiet

It was a distance from the beach and didn’t really enjoy the breakfast , it could’ve had more of a variety

I am staying in a chalet with a nice view & quite relaxing there. The staff is friendly and in a good location.

At night there are a lot of insects, the WIFI is poor, and sometimes they can't connect.

cafe tak best. staff cafe tak ok. he was friendly but not to me. saya sampai cafe dulu but dia ambil order org yg dtg after me. and keep me waiting. dislike this kind of attitude.
