Location is very good! Pool is clean with lights at night. Big rooms and great shower facilities.

We were here for 3n4d and only saw staff once. Not even during checkin or checkout. Hard to reach them if you have questions or issues. Blankets on bed had some spots and holes. But overall great value for money! We booked a nearby hotel for a few hours to store our luggage as the hotel wanted more for luggage storage than buying a room for another night. Kinda weird.

Everything was great! We stayed in a triple bed bungalow, there aren’t any pictures of the outside on the website but they have a lovely shaded terrace area and have great soundproofing. The room was clean (including the floor) and spacious, the beds are very comfy and great value for money. The pool was so clean, we think it’s netted every day. The wi-if was good and there is a little shop at the start of the road to the hotel. The manager, Leen, was so helpful and kind and couldn’t do more for her guests. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. The aircon is very powerful and so is the water pressure. They offer scooter hire for a great price and have a kitchen area which is free to use. There is a free water dispenser and toilet roll is available when needed, just need to ask.

Nothing, we loved everything. If we come to Langkawi again, we would definitely stay here.

When I had a problem the staff help to fix it right away. Also the bed and bedding was so comfortable.

Spacious accommodation that was clean and very well equipped with mini kitchen. Ideal location for Langkawi, you can walk to Pantai Cenang or rent a scooter from the front desk (which we did). The pool area is brilliant, clean and ideal for cooling off in the heat. Very quiet area as it's set back from the road. Free drinking water on site too.

Staff were rarely in the reception area and therefore hard to get hold of - this was only really a problem when we wanted to check out and no one was around, which wasn't great as we had a flight to catch.

We stayed for 8 days in total and couldn't be happier with the choice. The room was very spacious, bed was big and comfy, the pool is excellent and the lady running the place is very friendly. Location is good and scooter rental is available. There's also a small communal kitchen which is a nice feature for those on longer stays.

Room cleaning is provided (and done well) but I think the door gets left open during cleaning which means mosquitos get in.

Very nice, spacious rooms, big comfortoble beds. Nice view on the swimming pool and green fields. Every room has a small kitchen with coocker, refrigerator,...

Unfortunately the filter pomp of the swimming pool was very noisy, relaxing on the balcony or at the swimming pool was almost impossible because of the noise. You need a scooter to go to the shops, restaurants, beach... (It's not very far but not nice walking on a big busy road)

Fabulous large room with private balcony, and en suite bathroom. There was a separate kitchen with kettle, microwave and fridge; we also had access to bbq and a shared kitchen if we wanted to cook a full meal. The pool and gardens were really nice, everything was kept clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were a little way out of the main tourist area by choice, but there was a shop, laundry and cafe/restaurants in easy walking distance.

There was nothing to dislike.

Great location- close to beach. Great facilities - lovely pool, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and sink in the room and a kitchenette by reception to use whenever you like. Fantastic view of the mountains. Clean bedding and towels whenever needed. Booked additional nights as it was so nice. Shower good and bed really comfortable. Scooter hire on site.

Carpet square outside bathroom was 'used' - think it should be a replaceable mat for each guest.
