The airport shuttle and proximity to the airport was a big contributor to why we selected the hotel. The room was convenient and had all the items we needed.

Our baggage was delayed and that meant that we did not have many of our essential items. I saw on my second visit that the hotel offered some of these essentials and even a shuttle to a shopping centre close by ... this would have been REALLY handy to know on our arrival. But now I know for next time (but hopefully we will not go through such a situation again).

we ordered a taxi for a transfer to the airport early in the morning and that reservation unfortunately didn’t go through via the hotel staff.

The airport shuttle was there waiting for us after we landed. that was unexpectedly fantastic! We arrived at the hotel around 8am, very tired from a flight from London, so we asked if they could find us a room immediately. Normal check in is 3pm. The gentleman at the front desk asked us to sit for a few minutes while he contacted housekeeping. They came up with a room and we moved in immediately. So grateful! We wanted to go to a beach for a quick swim, but didn't want to pay the 40euro taxi fare. The hotel had a shuttle which took us to a nice beach (with a cafe and lounge area), left us there for 2 hours, then brought us back to the hotel ... for FREE. We were very happy xx The restaurant made us snacks and food at reasonable prices, the bed was large and comfy, the room clean and bright and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

the handle of the shower came off and was hard to regulate. Nothing else. All good. xx

REALLY DON T UNDERSTAND THE BAD COMMENTS ON THIS HOTEL THAT MAKE ME THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING...... OUR STAY WAS REALLY GOOD . we just landed with my family and it was the perfect stay to relax after a long flight. THE SHUTTLE pick us from the airport for a few minutes drive. we took one room and the hotel put us an extra mattress and make our sleep very good. Bed was comfortable and room and bathroom super clean. we try the swimming pool that was still in a good temperature (july), at night the hotel propose us a buffet that was good quality and affordable cost . all the team of the hotel from the driver, reception team and the waitress was very polite and professional. Breakfast was perfect with a lot of choice, my daughter love the french crepes with chocolate.. At night if you don t want to sleep you can enjoy the bar and the billard. Internet connection was great. Thanks for all your effort, your really deserve a 10 !!

good shuttle service to shopping centre, beach and airport. Dinner from room service was very good. TV service was easy to operate ,and of good quality

Breakfast very pricy for a small eater like myself and room service fee does not warrant ordering it. Also there is only a choice of basically one type being do I really want to eat 4 pastries or a large plate of fruit. needs to have a alight balanced breakfast on room service menu

We booked one night at this hotel because our flight was early in the morning. The team in the reception was really helpful and gave us all information requested. We could also use a shuttle bus out of the ordinary time. Food at the restaurant was really tasty and good price. Spa was amazing :)

In the morning of the departure, we needed to wait more than 8 Minutes at the reception because no one was there for the check out.

Very close to airport with a free shuttle bus to and from every 10-20mins. Great easy place to stay overnight to catch next day flight. We didn’t fly out until 1pm the next day and took the free shuttle bus to the beach, it was another little hotel on the beach, lovely spot and able to buy breakfast and coffee.

Only dinner option available was a buffet, and we only wanted a light meal.

it’s proximity to the airport is very advantageous. it has a complementary shuttle from and to the airport for all guests staying with them. There is also a day time shuttle to the mall and to a beach house.

They should consider increasing their mall and airport shuttle operating times. Some of their restaurant staff should consider taking basic english lessons as they serve international customers.

In our case, we needed a hotel for just one night close to the airport, as the next morning we were flying to Reunion. For our needs this hotel was perfect, it was literally 5 mine drive from airport and the taxi took us 5-8€ one way. The dinner and breakfast was perfect and the staff are the kindest and most helpful people! We loved it.
