Walking distance from city centre, nice room, free water and tea, possible to leave luggage after checkout
There is loud music from neighbor bar until late hours, even the noise from other people in the hotel early in the morning (windows face the inside courtyard)

I was concerned over the low price and almost didn't book. But the room was large and clean. It included a mini fridge and had free water in the lobby. The service was friendly and location was good. Best value for money in San Cristabos.

Room was clean and nice, also has kitchen (we didn't use it, but it's good to have this option) Hall of the hotel seems to be really nice and authentic Location is good, close to different popular places of the city Everything is quite flexible: we were able to extend our stay for 1 night and check-out at 4am
Receptionists didn't speak English, which made a check-in a bit longer and also we didn't get all the change when we paid. However, there was a not a big amount, so we decided that this will be the tips for the personnel's being nice and flexible about our other requests :)

I spent 4 nights here and was comfortable throughout. My room was on the second floor in the corner so it was very quiet and I was glad to have a window. The location is a short walk to main walking streets and rooms are cleaned daily if you’d like. The price is reasonable and is a main reason I’ve stayed here twice.
The wifi works but would often disconnect, especially in the evening for some reason. This is somewhat common in most of San Cristobal

great value for money, felt bigger than pictures and having own kitchen in the room was great although there is a shared kitchen in the hotel too which was well stocked. clean, hot shower, highly recommend.

the staff was very friendly, it was super clean and the beds are very comfortable. the place is located very close from all the shops and restaurants however is not loud.

awesome location surrounded by good cafes and restaurants. The big mile is also not far away, everthing is reachable by foot.
