If you're in you're early twenties trying to travel the world cheaply but still nice this is the spot to come. great prices for what I was looking for. Couldn't have had a better hotel was so close to literally everything. Best trip I've had in a while.

The cleaning was great but would have liked fresh sheets once in a while, especially for those who are here for multiple nights.

So closed to the shopping centers and historical plazas the showers are not so big nor the restroom but I was only there for 1 night everything was secured in my room as I shopped yes there is an air conditioning very clean cleaning lady cleans room after every stay there’s no bugs on the beds didn’t see any

I really like how the staff was very nice to inform you about your stay i only stayed for 1 night but over all loved our stay none of my person belongings were missing everything was great and secured I hope other people have the same experience if they do stay her also for a night

The staff was ALWAYS available to assist the guest ESPECIALLY the FRONT DESK. They were EXTREMELY helpful and AVAILABLE to me at ALL times. I am returning for another 10 days after I leave Puerto Vallarta and ALREADY planning next year's vacation stay. MORE than satisfied with the quality of the hotel and great experience. For some reason the drainage in the shower area was slow and water would overflow onto the bathroom floor.

In the middle of everything. Walking distance to downtown, I have family in Guadalajara so getting a taxi to our destinations was not a problem. One of the best views of all of Guadalajara. I was able to see all of Guadalajara from their roof. Great way to start my mornings.

It's close to the red light district. Family members recommended not being on the streets at night since it has a bad reputation.

Very clean, small but not overwhelming. The staff were really friendly, attentive, kind, and helpful. The food was tasty, and the price was good compared to quality and quantity

The location, we wanted to take walks at night but there were a lot of homeless and trash on the streets. It is a beautiful property, too bad is located in that part of the city

The rooms are always very clean. They can give you milk for your coffee if requested. The location is very good for visiting around.

The room access card has to be activated everyday after midday. The "continental" breakfast is quite basic (they have additional, paid options if needed.)

The facility was very clean.

The gentleman that was at the front desk was unfriendly. The room didn't have extra towels to shower. I had a room of two beds. Only two towels where in the bathroom. We called for two more towels they didn't bring us the towels. Then it was time to check out my son and daughter didn't shower.

Location was great

We stayed there for 3 nights, and the second night house keeping didn’t do the beds or changed our towels. I complained the receptionist in the front desk, and they were supposed send someone to do it. When we came back at night the rooms weren’t done; even after I had complained.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The staff were so sweet and went above and beyond to provide the best accommodations. The housekeeper who took care of the eighth floor was really amazing and obviously took a lot of pride in her job. She cleaned the rooms/hallways so well. Everything looked spotless! The waiters/waitresses in the restaurant were also great and the food was delicious. I also liked the location of this hotel. Right in the city center with close access to shopping and great food stands. I can’t wait to return!

The location was great. Just down the street from a major market for souvenirs and other items. The main cathedral and plazas were just a few blocks away.

I didn’t like that the breakfast that was include was only a continental breakfast. If you wanted eggs or other items, they were extra. But prices were reasonable for the extras.
