The location was perfect. We were able to walk to many places and for anything else, cabs were easy and inexpensive. The hotel manager would arrange a taxi pick up anytime we needed/wanted it. The rooms were very clean and I loved that they provided complimentary bottles of water each day. The gym's equipment was in great shape and the workout room was even equipped with a TV. The hotel restaurant was extremely convenient and room service is available. They really do a great job all around at this hotel. I would definitely stay there again on any future return trips!

The rooms that are near the street can have periods of noise but it was only a minor inconvenience at times.

The front desk receptionist attempted to keep my change. the cost of room was &1060 pesos &50us I I gave her &1,500 pesos $75us she then only returned &100 pesos $5us I then confronted her asking where the rest of my Change was? she claimed to have given it to me, I said no I looked in my wallet in my purse I had no other change/small bills indicating I had change, she swore up n down she gave me my change I said no. I then said ok I’m assuming you have cameras? she said yes I said let’s review, she then looked at her phone n then looked down and then said ohhh here is your change! she said I found under a piece of paper. I felt she tried to get away with keeping my change but she wasn’t successful she was very suspicious. I did in the morning report to Manger he apologized.

I really enjoyed the location and convenience of this hotel. The property was very clean and well run and I would stay there again.

Overall, I really liked property, however the rooms were quite small.

Staff, housekeeping, price, renovations, clean shower, hot water. Awesome. I was at hotel Mirador and it was a horrible experience. I immediately checked if this hotel had vacancy. They did. I called with a couple questions which were answered promptly and corteously. Booked and checked in and it was smooth sailing. These guys are great. They are my go to when I'm in Guadalajara. They are reliable and consistent.

That the place has a gym and breakfast if you want it all that needs to be done is to purchase a coupon. If not you can still eat

Great hospitality. Very accomodating. Nice shower. Good, hot water. Gym and terrace. Clean. I was surprised by the cleanliness. I usually clean the room again when I check in and noticed there wasn't much dust on surfaces I'd expect to have dust. I realized they had a restaurant towards the end of my stay. It gave me sustenance for my early morning flight back. Thank you!

No microwave or fridge. Toilet smelled a little weird. None of these are deal breakers though. I'd stay here again.

Hotel was modern and clean, staff was attentive and friendly, and breakfast was delicious.

It’s on a busy street near bus stop. It gets noisy in the afternoon when people are waiting to take the bus. Though this wasn’t too much of a bother for us once in our rooms and closed the windows.

Bathroom too small. Noisy guests early in the morni g and late at night. Out of order elevator for a few days.

The hotel locations is great. Lots of places to go to and very near. The hotel itself is very well kept. Clean and facilities working and clean. Breakfast is great and well prepared. It's also quiet and the view from the rooms is great.
