An excellent choice when visiting Guadalajara as a tourist. Within easy walking distance to major sights such as the Cathedral, the Palacio del Gobierno and the Regional Museum. The front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Special thanks to Kevin, one of the porters, who was super helpful.

My room on the first floor had coloured lights on the hotel exterior which flashed through the night. Not big problem, except that it meant that I had to keep the 'dark' curtain down all night. (I usually prefer to use only the sheer curtain.

Very clean!

There are flashing lights from the bar that flash in your room ALL night no matter what you do to try and block them out with the curtains. Please fix this!

Great location and room comfort. Nice beds and pillows. Easy access and check out.

Some light gets through the curtains.

As this is our go to hotel in Guadalajara we find the hotel and staff really good. This time, they were very helpful in providing a wheelchair for my wife, who unfortunately tripped on one of the many pavement hazards in the city and hurt her knee. Alexis, one of the staff was really helpful in answering my questions regarding public transport and arranging the wheelchair.

Trivial but having to go to reception to collect and pay for a room coffee pack each day after the first night seems unnecessary when normally most hotels provide it free of charge as part of the room rate. It has always been thus, and it is the only issue I have with the hotel each time we stay

This was a great hotel to stay and explore Guadalajara for some days. Their driver waited for me while my flight was delayed and was very helpful. The reception despite late hours was very accommodating and friendly. They gave me a room to the inside, which at first seemed uncomfortable but turned out to be the most quiet one due to outside discotheques. The reception and concierges were excellent, advised well on safety matters and helped organising a day tour. Breakfast in the adjusting restaurant was quiet and tasty.

I got the king room and my bed was comfortable with great pillows. Photos of the room were accurate. I liked having a desk area to get some work done and the wifi was consistent and strong enough to complete my tasks. The shower was great and the style of the room is modern. Smart TV was nice to have I just used it to watch YouTube. Walking distance to places to eat and a few blocks away from the cathedral and the central square. The restaurant had a buffet breakfast option for an extra cost but I enjoyed the food and service enough to eat there again. The gym was clean and had a variety of free weights and a cable machine which was great but I don't think it had all the attachments to get the full use out of the machine. Overall I was very comfortable with my stay of 3 nights and I would stay again.

A mini fridge would have been nice to keep some milk. The cable machine at the gym didn't have all the accessories. Other than that I had a great stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times, and the location is fantastic. Usually the room is very nice - very clean and well-maintained.

My room, this time, was not as nice as usual. There were several items in need of repair. Although, when booking, I requested a room on a higher floor, the room I received was an interior room on a lower floor. The worst part, though, was when the front desk gave another couple the same room and they walked in on me. Needless to say, this was scary and worrisome.

Modern hotel with well designed rooms. The location is terrific for anyone wanting to see the historic center. The hotel is a short walking distance to the major sites. I had a corner room, which offered windows in two directions. Good rain shower with plenty of hot water. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

I would avoid the internal rooms as they have windows on the central atrium. As you wait for the elevator you can look right into the windows of the internal rooms.

The most wonderful thing about this hotel are the staff, The lady who runs the room service and restaurant -I believe her name maybe Alejandra -thelady featured on their promo video. She was SO kind and helpful. I got very sick during our stay and she was such a help! Also the concierge boys Oscar and Edwardo and the Manager went out of their way to help us. We were robbed on the street in Guadalajara during our 8 night stay and we could not speak more highly of how attentive and helpful these staff members were.

The service some nights was very slow at the restaurant when the younger staff were on.

The location of Hotel is perfect. Many food choices at a walking distance as well as the Cathedral. The hotels Restaurant was very good and staff was great!

The only problem I had during my stay is the neighbor in the next room would watch TV very loudly and not let me sleep. The other issue was guests talking loudly while reaching their room. I understand it's not the Hotels fault people have no maners. People are just rude.
