The room very spacious, comfortable, clean, Nice view from balcony. Staff always reliable. Walking distance to most of the historic buildings.

20 spaces of parking, one level, and always I had to be aware to come back to the parking before 6 pm, before getting full. I experienced two times, gate closed and looking for another place to park my rental car. I was lucky having family close by to give me a ride back to the hotel.

Check in was easy, parking on premises, bellman helped me with my luggage, there was space in front of the hotel to park during check in. Nice rooms, nice lobby, friendly staff.

Cost of $250 pesos per night for my dog to stay was not published anywhere, nobody replied to my 3 messages inquiring to confirm pets were allowed. I was nearby in Tlaquepaque before my stay, so I stopped in and asked, I was quite sure I was told $250 for the entire stay, not for each night. I was charged $250 for 7 nights.

The staff was accommodating and professional. they we’re always nice to me. I like that the hotel had a safe deposit box and I had access to it whenever I needed important documents.

I didn’t like the air conditioning as it wasn’t cold enough. I made the staff aware of this and they provided me a solution via a portable air conditioning unit that was quiet and effective.

It looks a little old and run down, could use a new remodernization. They were just about to install flat screen TVs

the hotel is very well localized in Guadalajara down tow. the room was very nice, including comfortable a comfortable bed.

the shower did not works properly. very little water pressure.

Breakfast was good, location is perfect, and the weather was excellent

Need to tell your guests that you allowed dogs in your hotel so next time nobody calls me about my dog barking because I paid for my dog to stay other than that good

It is conveniently located in downtown Guadalajara very close to Calle Chapultepec where all the bars are located and also walking distance from the catedral

Because of COVID the restaurant discontinued the breakfast buffet which was awesome because you pay a few dollars more and had a variety of authentic food options like chilaquiles and different guisados
