Clean. Quiet. The first floor lounge area was spacious. The morning coffee service in the lounge was acceptable.

Unfortunately, the staff when I arrived didn't speak English and I don't speak Spanish. Based on the US reviews I assumed there would be English speakers at the desk. Additionally, there was no room service as the attached cafe was closed.

It was in a great location, five minutes work from the center. Also, you can find great restaurants on the streets. The place is also secure and the Staffs are great!! I recommend this place for any person willing to visit Guadalajara.

The internet is very poor. I wish they could get any company or update the speed. Could not do most things that require internet.

It is exactly how they describe and is a very clean place. Also, staff are good and are accommodating. Good place to stop for a bit.

People mention the main road, but to be honest it isn't that bad. Firstly, remember - you are in a City - and the noise from the cars stops at night. So all good

It’s clean, and the location is great because it’s across the street from the Independencia metro station, bed is a bit hard but it’s perfect for me, staff very friendly and helpful

Sometimes you can hear noise outside in the common area even after midnight; shower would be good to have a curtain to prevent water from spraying everywhere

Good location very clean very nice terrace. A really good value

Parking is secure but cramped. Pillows are not too comfortable but mattress is ok. It is on a busy intersection so there is road noise but I asked for a room opposite road so noise wasn’t a problem

Very clean and safe. Hotel is centrally located. I've traveled to many countries. I started leaving a bit of cash and a card in the safe or a nightstand drawer while doing market hunts. I woke up and walked out my last day leaving behind a $100 and my credit card. While waiting at the curb for my Uber, the maid came running out with my cash and card. Totally made my day. Nice and honest people really do exist and her name is Fatima. Thank you Fatima.

No complaints. This place is great

Great hotel! I was surprised that they do cleaning in the rooms every day, including change of bed linen and towels. The air conditioner worked well. Pretty quiet place close to the Center. Rooftop patio was also nice. Great experience!

The Internet works ok, sometimes the connection was lost.

Its accessibility, inside color coordination

Bathroom floor continuously wet from unidentified source. Toilet cracked at front base. Toilet flapper not working properly. Toilet models use excessive amounts of water per flush. Frequent TV signal interruptions .

the hotel and rooms are beautifully designed, big beds and new bathrooms, the front desk was always very friendly and tried to help

I had to switch rooms and in both!!! rooms there were hair in the bathroom and shower/wall, which is absolutely disgusting. the WiFi is not too good, so not really recommended for working online unfortunately

Location - hotel was centrally located to the cathedral and markets, can easily walk there. Room - very clean room and had a view to the outside which was nice because the room had great lighting and ventilation. Wifi - reliable wifi, I worked from the hotel so this was a must and their wifi was great! Staff - super nice and helpful! I wanted to heat up some food and I asked if they had a microwave and they were so helpful and let me use their microwave and fridge - thank you!

Can't really say anything bad about the hotel...maybe the pillows weren't the most comfy.
