We loved everything about Casa Love. Very cool, clean, central, friendly, and comfortable. It’s true about the noise from the street but the ocean softens it a bit and for us it was part of the experience and charm of the place. You can see, smell, hear the ocean. We woke up to watch the sunrise and surfers outside our room over looking the ocean every morning. Amazing.

Zero complaints. It’s paradise. The rooftop patios and other common areas are so beautiful. The vibe and ambience are on point. The staff and other guests were so lovely as well. I got too drunk and made a little too much noise one night so I guess my only complaint is myself really, and I sincerely apologize to the gracious staff and owner who politely asked me to keep my sh*t together after that. It is worth noting that sound definitely travels between rooms and throughout the little hotel so plan to be respectful of others and aware of your surroundings while you’re there and you will be happy 😊

Casa love was amazing. The aesthetics of the whole place were so fun. The location was amazing. View of the beach from the patio, and just a few steps down to the actual beach. The staff was also very friendly.

The only downside is the noise. But honestly anywhere you stay with that central of a location is bound to also have noise complaints. We came in expecting the noise. Inside the room the noise never really bothered us but wanted to note it. So for the value still amazing. Also of note, it was A little dark unlocking our rooms/bathrooms at night. But definitely not a deal breaker or anything!

Location is phenomenal, right in the heart of Sayulita town centre, overlooking the beach, but you don't hear the noise of the nighttime partying, just the ocean at night. This was much better than the 2nd guest house which we stayed at in the town during our vacation, where we could hear loud music and partying until 5 am or so. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and helpful. The instructions to get into Casa Love after hours were perfect and the recommended uber driver was wonderful.

The external bathroom for our room was rustic, probably clean but not the best. There was no view from either room. One was windlowless, the other had a high window with no view. The other guests were very unfriendly, but that is surely not the fault of Casa Love.

The high above views of the beach activity, so close, was really nice, from our room (Mar), as well as the common roof-top areas. The cleaning staff, 2 lovely women, did an amazing job in the common areas (we didn’t need housekeeping in our room) and were sweet, as was the house manager. If you’re looking for quiet, though, town activity and music can be pretty loud, but that’s not the problem of the hotel. Beach towels are provided, so no need to schlep your own. I do want to say that it was frustrating that we got no response to our several advance attempts to slightly change our reservation to 6 nights instead of 7, and then when we got there and decided to upgrade (a great decision for how long we were staying), we did not get credit for the extra day we’d already paid for for the original room, amounting to about $65. Also, the listing states Casa Love is a “non-smoking property,” yet some guests persistently smoked in outdoor common areas, where smoke drifted into our open-air room; evidently they were told to be mindful but not stop altogether, which was frustrating. Also odd was that we were told we could not use the surfboards on site, yet other guests were allowed. Overall, though, if we go back to Sayulita we’d definitely consider staying here. Oh, and for town, very few places take credit cards, so be prepared with pesos or expect to visit the ATMs often.

Casa Love is in a prime location. The amenities are great, very clean and tidy. The hammocks in the common area were delightful as we spent the hottest part of the day just resting and relaxing. The staff at Casa Love are so nice and friendly, very attentive to the needs of the guests. The upper deck is a wonderful spot to spend time enjoying the beautiful views.

It is a little tricky to find Casa Love as it is up above the street. Just have to look for the big Heart on the door.

This boutique hotel was in the perfect location. Right in town next to plenty of restaurants and shops, and had an oceanfront view. The room we booked opened up sliding doors directly to an ocean view which was great.

Don’t book this property if you have trouble sleeping with noise. Since it’s right in town, there’s lots of music going late into the night, especially on the weekends.

Very accommodating & friendly. Our stay was beautiful & we are planning to return! perfect location & Reina Room was breathtaking, worth it.

I wish there was more lighting in the room at nighttime. but lots of natural light during the day!

This beautiful little hotel was the perfect home base to explore Sayulita. The décor matched the feel of the town and all the cute shops on the surrounding blocks. It's located steps from the surfing beach and a block from the plaza. My room was huge and had a spectacular view. It wasn't as loud as I expected at night...proximity to the waves drowns out much of the party noise from town. The staff were nice and helpful. The public areas were quite comfortable and gave the place somewhat of a hostel feel. I'll be coming back!

I left some items in the room, but the friendly staff is shipping them to me!

Great view of the beach, sounds of the waves while going to sleep. Nilo and Xiomara were great!

It is a shame we could not borrow a surf board from the hotel as they have many spares , Diego needs to sort this out.

The location is beautiful. I enjoyed the decks that overlook the sea. It was a great place to sip my morning tea. It was really great to have a place to keep our luggage after we checked out and until we were ready to leave Salulita. I also loved the whole style and feel of the place.

My son and I got the last room available and it was perfect for us because it had two beds. However, it was probably the least desirable room but the price was so cheap, it was hard to complain. What I did not like about it was that it had no windows. Just a small one for bathroom ventilation. But that was just that room. Other rooms seemed to be a lot more open.
